PART 1 Complaint
Hello
Dear Ladies’ & Gentlemen.
Law Suits’
Building a case
Seeing you in court …
Discrimination and Neglect against Vulnerable
( Forgive me if this review is scatty , I’m stressed with illness/grievance )- so I it’s written English … hopefully you’ll gather all happenings’ and findings.’
This practice is an occult …
Witch hunt …
This surgery chucked me out ( Jayne Igbe) - the practice managers’ because she never bothered with complaints’. This woman only has focus for doctors & herself .
You will be removed from this surgery if you complain to GMC,Pals,ICN,111, others in my private care safeguarding referrals made from police & other local authorities’ of protecting vulnerable adults,
They will go behind your back and back- bite to save there jobs. Hence , the reason why there’s only 3 Contracted doctors in this surgery . The reception congress jon-chalant nature & laugh about you on the phone.
Cheers for removing me … ever so lovely from composing contrite feedback.
The surgery will try to destroy without trying .
First of all if you’re suffering from 4 varied SPECIAL NEEDS (including autism),Auto-Immune illness,COMPlEX CARE NEEDS’: That pivot and prolong further health defect’ & paucities’,Mental Health Difficulties’: from AI & NE.

Run for this hills’ , far , far , far ! Into another land of freedom. They will “ Abuse there so called superiority’ “(NHS Badge)!
The two-toned background ID & jargon wording, does not make you a Doctor ! Passion to care with bliss cohesions’, timely, courtesy, positive facial expression and not “facial -fowling “ everytime a patient reveals the medical problem .Prescribing the veracious doses’ of medications, punctual with Dorsey’s and not eradicating defecting medication -by removing them on you’re own conformity.

These doctors also have the wrong medication dosage on the screen ? Hydrocortisone is not predetermining prednisone? Illegal and shamed faced ?
All doctors’ became recluse- marginally for thee entire year ,all doctors ‘ without concatenation suddenly were dismissing helping or calling me.. at thee uttermost
Words’ for these doctors in requisite 3
Manipulation, A-BU-SE, Dishonesty’ .
Further more here I verbate staff to avoid;
_Dr.Kamara ( She switched on me too!) Going foward there was none! She became a witty robot …cynically recorded’ the phone call with Lindsey on the other line….
-Manager(Jayne Igbe)
She is thee most two faced manager I’ve ever come across in my life. All phone calls are a marginal blur if world war 2 noise ! In the background on the phone. Our first time which was verbatim , she seemed kind and helpful .During this period my mother was dying and Jayne demonstrated an empathetic comely nature that was flawless. After , my mother died I thought this GP would commit to there homogeneous duty of care . The more distressed to “ Inter-grated care network”, the manger augmented avoiding me, insulting me and galavanted with Lindsey to breach “ Patient Confidentiality & Data Protection Act”.
-They went of to contact other surgeries to absorb who I am … substance .Everytime I would complain over the period of months of neglect and worsened health.
All doctors 4 of them or 3 of St.James Surgery became deranged, negative tone of voice dissentient, dismissive to candid ( medical infections ect
Dr. Lindsey Walker;
Made racial comments’ of stating “ what’s s*** on your brothers hand ? Can’t you wash it of. ?”,recorded’ me half naked ( chest out )in my dead moms house with her ( personal space for phone-with flash on as Florissant( where’s your medical equipment?) I may be on her phone still , tardy for every daily duty , manipulative covered up with a sepient presentation beneath the flesh,80% advice is inconclusive, dishonest( upon complaints’ lied ), made me believe I’m diagnosed’ disturbed with “ body dysmorphia” - claims not to be a skin doctor /endocrinology
! So, still made all the wrong descions’.

Dr.Lindsey Walker
… run please …
I had to beg her for an inhaler ? I almost died.

Long story short,
Went to get a pcos diagnosis as i was anemic, had very heavy periods, facial hair, weight gain etc sent for blood test, just got told I was fat, 'you just need to lose some weight' then got looked up and down and sarcastically she added 'if you can do that'. There was no further followup. Went again because everything was worse. She sent me for the wrong test, only showed i was anemic. No follow up, no recommendations. I changed doctor in the practice and said my symptoms. She immediately sent me for a proper blood test and a scan. The scan showed I had pcos and a 12.5cm fibroid tumor with degeneration on my uterus which may cause me not to be able to have children. If this had been caught when I first went the year prior it would have been able to be dealt with without affecting my work/mental and physical health. Then got fobbed onto a gyno which I'm yet to see as the doctor wasn't comfortable prescribing a pcos medication because it had a side effect that could shrink fibroids which is why I wanted it. I have both conditions but have had to wait months just for a consultation.

Today's issue was the rude receptionist. Cutting me off because i said I had an issue with my tooth. She rightly said they don't deal with teeth but she cut me off every time I was trying to say I have a dentist appointment on Monday and just needed a prescription for pain killers stronger than over the counter ones not erythromycin etc as i have 8/9 on the painscale and that I needed to come in to do that as they can't do prescriptions over the phone.
Instead talked over me over and over again.

Generally pretty good! Doctors and nurse have been friendly and receptionist staff are helpful, just can be hard to get through on the phone! It’s a nice building too, though some areas especially upstairs could do with a bit of a refresh.

My only issue has been the e-consult process isn’t very good at communicating with you - you get prescribed things without even being told you have.

I have used this surgery for over 30 years, they have some really good GPs and nursing staff, receptionist are helpful but can be stressed due to high demand of phone calls and patients at front desk starring at them for attention which i always do,but always buy them their favourite biscuits at Christmas for compensation purposes.
If you have any complaints,it's always best to ask for the manager who is always happy to solve any problems.

Ive been to a few drs over the years and so far this has been one of the better drs I have been with , they are quite thorough and the reception although they do tend to take a long time to answer despite being the only one in the que , when you do get through they do their level best to fit you in .

They had a guest doctor who was vile to me back in like 2015 - said he had been a dr longer than I’d been alive and dismissed and laughed at my problems. Years of tests later and I was right about my health, but that dr was long gone so it didn’t matter to him.

I use their E-consult to avoid their phone lines which are always very busy, but I often receive no response.

19th Dec 2022 on the phone for about 2 hours for prescription enquiry and it turns out the person answering the phone was on sick leave so the phone was just left to ring. When I went through to reception I was laughed at for being in the phone queue for 2 hours and I wasn’t the first one to say something about the long wait. I am continually disappointed by this practice.

Getting a prescription is very difficult, I’ve been on iron for a long time and it is a headache every time my prescription runs out. They will claim to have sent my prescription and I’ll have to keep calling as days-weeks go by and they haven’t done it. Never received an apology or anything.

I am thankful that I don’t see my GP very often, I have been once in the last 3 years and 2 years prior to that visit so I really do not understand why the reception staff are so rude. They are so aggressive and unhelpful so I genuinely avoid calling the practice. It just doesn’t have to be this way and I wish the practice would address it, I am always polite and cordial and I am always met with aggression and spoken to like a naughty child
