I called into the Beccles store looking for a night cream. Linda was super helpful. She said how good their own brand is (I would never have opted for this preferring a well known name) but I have been proved wrong. The cream is fantastic and even better it was on a “buy one get one free offer”.

I would like to thank the young girl who helped me last Saturday , I popped in with my daughter looking for make up suitable for a dance show( she was dancing in the Lord Mayors procession in Norwich later that afternoon) , couldn't find anything suitable , almost about to give up I was asked if I needed help, explaining what I required she went straight to the drawer and found the perfect set of bright colours I needed!!! So sorry now I didn't take her name but thank you , in my experience most people would have just got on with the job they were doing instead of asking ....she made my day !!
