58 yrs in this practice and waiting 6 MONTHS for appointment only to be told the doctor isn't in that day and will have to have a telephone appointment instead! Not one of my problems have been rectified and as a full time live in carer, I have to be well to care for my charge. The booking team are useless should all be sacked & the receptionist don't know there A from their elbows! Worst GP surgery in Shropshire as confirmed by Shrewsbury hospital staff. Playing with people's lives! Shocking that they can still get away with it!

Waited a month to be seen by a doctor for something quite urgent, arrived at 8.50am for my appointment for 9am, several other patients waiting, one women since 8.30am, only to be told at 9.30am the doctor isn't actually in today she's on annual leave! The reception team only just think an hour later to go and check if she's actually in the building then told i won't be seen today and unfortunately won't be seen till the following Monday absolutely shocking how I could wait 1 month to see a doctor only to be told this, how does a practice not know when there doctors are on annual leave let alone let people book an appointment with this specific doctor, the best but is if you are more than 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment, shocking

Have only seen GP once since new surgery who dismissed cancer concern without even listening or looking at my problem. Have a different ongoing issue which has been ignored despite my repeated requests to the GP to look into it & provide at least an idea how to remedy the problem

Terrible GP, tried getting multiple appointments in the last year and never once managed to see a doctor, recently got hold of them due to being unable to move my foot aswell as serious swelling, I got a TEXT saying monitor it for 2 weeks and give us a call, I was rushed into a&e the following morning for suspected blood clots. Trying to find myself a new GP

Submitted my request bang on 8 to get a message at 10 saying no appointments even though urgent and go to hospital when I said I couldn't get there. Ring them they are no help

This gp needs to close down. My dad needed to be hospitalised due to their negligence. If you ask to put a formal complaint they would tell you to write in a paper and drop off. Do they think we are stupid! From where they get so much power to play with people health!!
