Just had my 3rd massage with Sylwia who is nothing short of fantastic at what she does. Sylwia takes time before your massage to have an in depth understanding of your concerns and what issues you have been having. She has so much knowledge on the body and it really shows. Her massage skills are amazing, it is a lovely balance between easing the muscle tension but also being able to relax and enjoy it! I would absolutely recommend Sylwia to everybody!

A gorgeous and restful holistic centre! Beautiful 16th century building with therapists, workshops and classes. We dropped in for a lovely lunch - quality coffee, teas, wraps, cakes and pancakes.

Wow what an incredible experience at a wonderful place! First time visiting here for the spiritual & holistic fayre and it didn’t disappoint. Very nice stalls, lovely cafe area and every member of staff was so friendly and had a huge smile. A special mention to Mani (?) who gave us great information at the front desk but who also gave an incredible Indian head massage service. Very relaxing, really cared about my needs and even allowed me to stay in the room for extra time to rest. Already can’t wait to come back here again!

I was booked in today with Sylwia whom I have had many excellent massages with. The treatment room which I refused was freezing cold and austere . I was, begrudgingly offered by the owner a far superior room with no apology. I am in fact a Holistic therapist working from home. My room is always warm as toast, especially in January!!!

The Wishing Well is a great place whether you offer therapies or whether you want to be pampered with amazing holistic treatments. I have booked the studio room at the Wishing Well regularly to deliver my courses and sound baths over the last year. The venue is fabulous, the staff are so in tune, professional, friendly and supportive. I'll be back soon.

I had a massage yesterday here and left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated as it was not what I had initially asked for and I felt it was money wasted. I wrote a review afterwards and was quickly contacted by someone. A lady called to apologise and explain that there must have been a mistake when booking as I was not put with the right masseuse for what I wanted from my massage. (They had two new receptionists that had started and understandably this is why this happened) She was incredibly kind and understanding of my initial frustration, even making note that she understood the time it takes around my schedule, as well as my husband and kids. She also offered to rectify the issue by offering me another hour with herself that same day or someone else later in the week. I ended up going in later that day and had a wonderful massage that was exactly what I initially had went in for. (She even worked later to do this for me)
I will just say, I find customer service nowadays oftentimes can be little to none, let alone to such a standard that this establishment has held themselves too. Not only did I finish the day feeling relaxed and happy with the service but also incredibly impressed by the degree of customer service they provide here.
Definitely recommend and I’ll be back again.

Highly recommended, tailor made day for my girls including a baby, we did Yoga, had lunch and finished with a massage. Everything was perfect from customer service to delivery of services ? we had a great day and will definitely be coming back.

This is such a beautiful space. Feels calm and nurturing. Whether you are going for a treatment, yoga class or a coffee it's well worth a visit.
