Tri Wellness

I started at Tri over the summer to help improve my fitness and strength to support my ballet technique and I have not looked back. I have improved in so many areas in such a short space of time and it’s really showing, not just with my ballet work but in all areas of my life. I feel calmer, more focused and I have more energy day today day. To top it all off, all the staff at Tri genuinely care about everyone who attends their class. Thank you Tri!

Rob and the Tri-Wellness-Wellness crew have been amazing. After suffering badly with runners knee they got me race ready within 7 weeks for my 75K Ultra marathon. They created a personalised training plan for me targeted at improving performance and avoiding injury. I recently tried their new breath work class (think WimHof) which was incredible and I've already booked for the next. You have to try this! I highly recommend Rob and Tri-Wellness. A much more relaxed and personal approach to fitness than the corporate gym chains.

The team at Tri were amazing and really helped me with bringing wellness and self care back into my life. I had been needing to do it for a while (we don't all stay young!) and the team helped guide me and show me everything I needed to effectively use my limited spare time to take care of myself. The centre brings everything together for me and the facilities are excellent. Could not recommend more to anyone looking to prioritise themselves with proper support! Really enjoyed spending a Sunday morning with Rob and a great bunch of guys for the Mens Breathwork Workshop. Incredible experience you just have to try... by using the power of your breath you can really find some peace and strength you didn't realise were there. A great way to shed the stress of life and reconnect with yourself. Rob has created a brilliant workshop, his expertise and calm manner will set you at ease so you can just let go and learn. 100% recommended!

This was such an eye opening experience. I had never done breath work before and certainly never tried an ice bath. Rob had set up a fantastic environment for the breath work and it was so interesting to see how much better I could feel just by changing the way I breathed. The ice bath was a shock to the system but ultimately made me feel energised afterwards. The cacao drink in the middle was a lovely touch too.

Breathwork at Tri Wellness has been an absolute game-changer for me. Initially unaware of the stress and anxiety I carried, the sessions provided an eye-opening experience. The breathwork give me time and space to really focus on what's going on inside, and I leave every session feeling lighter and brighter, and I can already feel the improvements in my overall well-being."

Having been told to have a soft tissue massage by my chiropractor for headaches, I thought that I would try Jess It was the best back, neck and shoulder massage I’ve ever had. Jess took time to discuss what I was there for and worked miracles on my tight muscle’s. I’m certainly booking in for regular sessions ❤️

My visit to Tri Wellness was for the Winter Yoga Workshop. The morning was ran by both Katie and Jess and was calming from start to finish, definitely what someone would need before Christmas. Full of fun and mindfulness activities. I will be booking next time!
