I’ve been to see Ryan several times and have always been so impressed. Ryan makes me feel completely comfortable, offers a complete wealth of knowledge, and above all he has helped incredibly with what have felt like quite serious injuries. As a professional sports person it is important that my body is able to perform, and Ryan has always succeeded in allowing me to move to my full potential. I can’t recommend him enough.

Matt is great I visit him fortnightly. I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my leg back and hip and he’s been great listening and addressing my pains. Ryan has helped me no end with some debilitating physical issues and his mixed therapies have produced some excellent results which have improved my wellbeing significantly. I had several Combined Therapy appointments with Ryan Glenister. He was great! As a busy person running my own Therapy business, I felt Ryan really listened to what I needed and every appointment was individually tailored to me. I especially liked the care and time Ryan took afterwards, showing me stretches that I could continue to do at home - these really helped and I could see progress as the weeks went on. Cannot recommend enough. I was treated by Matt who did a thorough assessment of my needs. I was experiencing discomfort in my shoulder, lower back and knee. Matt fully explained the techniques he was going to use and worked each of the areas in turn. It made a massive difference to my training for my first marathon (I hadn’t realised that I couldn’t fully turn my head to the left until he fixed it). If you’re reading this and thinking “should I get a sports massage?” DO IT! Matt can fix things you didn’t even know were broken

For the past two months, I’ve been receiving combined therapy with Ryan, and the results have been incredible. Before my first session, I could barely walk, let alone run.
