I couldn't recommend Petra more highly. I live more than 130 miles away but the results I have seen so far have been incredible. Using the online app means that Petra can keep an eye on my progress when I log my workouts and and we can keep in contact on a regular basis. She is also on hand for Skype for anything that she puts on my programme that I may be struggling with technique-wise and to give me hints and tips on how to make things work better. From discussions with Petra, I have overhauled my lifestyle in general and now work out more effectively and efficiently, my diet has changed overall and my mental attitude and emotional connection with food has completely changed, meaning I eat well and no longer to just make myself feel better emotionally or to alleviate boredom. I feel happier, healthier and stronger, with the added side-effect that I have dropped dress sizes and am at a healthier weight. I can't wait to see where else Petra can guide me.

In 12 weeks, I lost just over 2 stone and dropped 2 dress sizes, my body shape changed incredibly... I can now see a waistline!! How have I done this? Well, there's no fads, no gimmicks, no supplements... it's about control. I control food now, instead of food controlling me. And I can honestly say, it’s amazing, I feel amazing because of the choices I make. I eat great tasty food, I shop once a week at local farmers markets, and with some of the money I have saved from my daily shopping sprees, I train with Petra 3 times a week. The sessions are tough, but I leave feeling like I can conquer the world, that’s the coaching and support I get from Petra during the sessions too… that’s what I call value for money!

What can I say Petra is awesome!! She's not only awesome but she gets results too! Other PT's maybe good but ask yourself... Why except good? When you can have better!!
