Just wow , this young lady is nothing but amazing. I’ve had many sports physio massages due to having constant back issues over the years a lot good , some poor but Sylwia is just next level . She knows exactly which muscles to manipulate and stretch . I always feel so much better walking out than hobbling in . A really lovely young lady too , very pleasant and professional . Thankyou for making me feel better .

Sylwia is incredible! I first visited her for a sports massage due to having suffered with regular back spasms, but she does so much more than just a massage. Not only did she help to relieve the pain on that first visit, but on follow up visits she worked on addressing the root causes with some stretches and mobility exercises to improve flexibility. With her help I haven't had any back spasms for almost a year since my first visit, so I strongly recommend her service to anyone struggling with muscle aches and pains.

I have just received my first treatment from sylwia; she was an incredibly knowledgeable and kind mannered therapist with a deep understanding of the body. She walked me through each individual problem I have and after treatment has provided me a treatment plan to improve my issues. She is worth a lot more money than she charges; I have zero doubt in recommending her.

sylwia listened to the recurring problem I had with a joint/ muscle. had a thorough deep tissue massage and myofascia release. problem has never came back. 100% improvement in movement too. have also had upper body deep tissue massage. keeps me training and flexible, 100% recommend ?

Sylwia is an amazing therapist, because she actually finds what's causing the problems and fixes it. She knows what she's doing, I'll definitely be getting more massages from her.
