Jenny is the greatest therapist I have ever worked with! She is knowledgeable, understanding and she is really good at creating atmosphere where you feel safe and comfortable to easily open up, where you can be yourself completely. She is friendly and really easy to talk to.
She has helped me to come out some really dark times, when I lost hope that it was possible.

Through a personality assessment, Jenny helped me realise what was holding me back in life. After which we started a 6 week holistic therapy programme which included techniques such as EFT and hypnotherapy. Jenny was intuitive and guided me in the right direction in every session. I felt like I was in a safe space to really relax, open up and lean into the therapy. I have come out the other side feeling like a changed person with a new found perspective on life. After four years of trying for a baby we started IVF treatment. We began hypnotherapy with Jenny from the outset and can honestly say that was key to our success. Jenny was excellent at listening to concerns and using them during the hypnosis to turn them around into a positive mindset. keep me positive.
During my pregnancy we started the hypnobirthing therapy. This was also fantastic and really helped to prepare me for the birth and look forward to it. At one point my baby became breech and so we had a series of sessions to try and turn him. The night before my scan to check which position he was in Jenny hypnotised me using visualisation to try and move him into the correct position. At the scan he had actually turned which was brilliant! During labour I used the breathing techniques and self hypnosis and my husband managed to hypnotise me following Jenny’s excellent guidance. The midwife looking after me said I was the most chilled out mum she’d looked after!
I can’t thank Jenny enough for the fantastic sessions of hypnosis. Jenny really is an expert in her field and tailors the hypnosis to make it extremely personal to you so you feel anything is possible. Can’t recommend Jenny enough!!
