I would give 0 stars if I could!
Absolutely shocking practice. My partner was supposed to see his GP, even got a text asking to call and make an appointment, when he called, constantly turned down by reception, directed to E-consult, then back to calling the practice, a completely vicious circle, and still no appointment. Called them and asked for an urgent call back, guess what? Nobody even bothered, glued himself to the phone for 2 days for nothing. Don’t even bother if you need a sick note, they couldn’t care less, and the reception staff are rude and patronising, and the note takes forever to come through, bye bye wages!!! He went there in person today and told him to come home and do it online or call tomorrow afternoon…. After taking their time even acknowledging his presence, because they were too busy chatting to one another. Someone really needs to keep reception accountable for their attitudes, they are not doctors, they have no medical background, they’re reception and are there to make appointments. That is it! And if they can’t be bothered to show some decency and do the jobs they are paid to do, sack them all and employ decent staff. Other practices around have a lot more respect for people and actually care, looking forward to him transferring to another. Expect formal complaints coming your way!!

I never take the time to leave reviews but I was so impressed by the care and understanding shown by a lady called similo I felt I had to let people know.

The WORST services offered. No one calls you to tell you the results of your test and when you call, they always tell you that everything is ok even if they are not. The doctors are also unprofessional, they prescribe you tratament without supervising you during the tratament ans tou are left without pills because they are busy all the time...Horrible

Had to constantly ring up for something for my son. The receptionist I spoke to first told me not to ring first thing on a Monday and I should have rung after 10am. Rude person and seems to think they are a Doctor. Rang again later that day and asked if what I needed was done as it was time sensitive. Been trying for a week to get this sorted. The same rude receptionist told me the doctor has it on his to do list but he will get around to it when he can as it is not a priority. Seriously going to look for another surgery.

Don't have a bad thing to say about this surgery unlike many of the other reviews all the staff are friendly and helpful and I have never had trouble getting an appointment if I need one.I have been a patient here for over 10 years and never had any problems.
