Extremely pleased with the cryotherapy I have had done here, it’s really helped in my recovery.

Also had psr (compression pants) done, which has worked for swelling on my knee and deep bruising.

I had my first treat at the lovely Cryorefresh Clinic. I was very impressed with the professional set up and had the treatment benefits explained. I started in the chamber, I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was not as bad as I thought it would be and did the 3 mins easy. After I had the compression garment on and wow this is incredible, you can feel all the heat from the blood pumping through your body. I had the best night sleep, normally I have broken sleep but I slept straight through!

I would highly recommend this treatment for those who suffer with any kind of inflammation. I feel truly wonderful today!

I visited cryofresh over the weekend and enjoyed all the treatments. Started with a 20 minute infrared sauna which was so much better than a normal steam sauna. It warms you up from the inside out then onto the cryotherapy I have injured my acl and have been in a lot of pain/discomfort. After the cryotherapy I felt no pain and my knee was way more flexible! I finished off with the compression legs/jacket I am a boxing coach and also train so it was perfect for helping my muscles to recover. I can't recommend this place enough. Extremely professional and their knowledge makes you feel at ease Julie and Phil are both great and will be going back soon. Couldn't rate any higher 👍❄️

I have just completed a course of laser hair removal treatment by Julie-Ann @ Cryo Refresh. I cannot recommend Julie-Ann enough, she has been amazing throughout, very knowledgeable and professional and always puts you ease whilst zapping away those hairs! The treatment was comfortable and I didn’t experience any pain during or after treatment. I am so pleased with the result, no more shaving everyday, which is great & also the appearance of the skin has really changed, no dark shadows on underarms or around bikini line anymore.

Myself and my husband had the freeze and squeeze package yesterday. We are both really active training 6/7 days a week and have aches and pains and some mild joint aches/ discomfort. I have been having pain in my knee when training and My husband also has a degenerating disc in his back.

Julie-Ann was so lovely and really put us at ease.
I was quite nervous not knowing what to expect in the whole body Cryo chamber but she kept me so calm and I was actually smiling all the way through the 3 minutes in the Cryo chamber . The PSR is so relaxing too. We came away feeling really refreshed and happy.
We’ve woke up today after a brilliant sleep and been to our PT with no niggles and my knee felt loads better in training today. We will defo be making it a regular thing and can’t wait to go again

I’ve been to see Phil & Julie a few times and not only is their facility fantastic but they are wonderful people. It’s quite clear that Cryo Refresh is about more than Cryotherapy, they love helping people.

Yesterday Mon 3rd July 2023, was my first time at Cryo Refresh Ltd with Julie-Ann. I firsty want to say Thank you to Julie-Ann and Cryo Refresh Ltd, I had an amazing first experience of Cyro Treatments. I suffer from Nerve damage in my lower spine which has forced me out of work this week due to pain and as a mechanic I'm not use to being off work. I slept for about 6 hours last night which I haven't done in years due to the pain I'm constantly being woken up. I can't wait to go back for my second visit.
