Awful service , the online system doesn’t work , can’t order prescription on the phone and they shut for lunch when I could pop in , when I asked how I was meant to order a repeat prescription she put the phone down on me !
My asthma reviews are done by phone but they always phone 40 mins to 1hr 10 mins later than the call is booked for so I can’t answer as I’m working , they then refuse repeat inhaler prescriptions because I haven’t had a review !! I now buy my inhalers direct on line !!
Can’t get repeat prescription for my statins so have had to stop taking them .
Awful service , rude , they simply don’t care

I have only had positive experiences with this practice, both at the Wootton site and Shortstown. Both sites are clean and ample parking. The GPs I have met have always been knowledgable and friendly, I wanted to leave a review particularly after today Dr Patel went above and beyond for my daughters health issue. He was fantastic with her (she is 3y) and was very thorough with his examination and for further investigation. I have had no problems using the online system connect to be able to get appointments (and prefer this new system to the old one), and have always been offered appointments promptly. I have also never had any issues when I have had to call up in the morning to get an urgent appt, I have always been offered one the same day- and I think it is brilliant they have a service where they hold your position in the call queue and call you back when you get to the front. Overall a fantastic health centre and would definitely recommend.

I’m trying to get appointments for few reasons but they telling me that Gp now takes emergency appointments you have to go online and book , I went online but it’s not letting me book. GPS are there to help everyone not emergencies, emergency hospital is there to serve emergency patients. Why we struggling to get appointments. I’m having shoulder pain from last 5 years and also coughing so bad that I really need to consult with a doctor but they waiting for me to be an emergency patient.

2 weeks from seeing my GP at Shortstown to having a procedure in house. This includes an imaging appointment at the hospital and discussion with a specialist on the course of action.
Communication has been great, the doctor and staff I saw were amazing, friendly and professional.
Can't fault it.

Really happy with my experience at this surgery. I have been registered for 3 years and never had an issue getting a timely appointment for myself or my children. Receptionist staff have always been helpful and the clinical staff are friendly and engage patients in shared decision making . The e consult system is efficient and the appointment reminders are useful. I never hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone.

I ve had a very positive expirience with this surgery, receptionist are always very polite and helpful, no issues with getting an appoitment with a doctor for the same day if you call in the very morning, online system works great. I lived in many areas over the years so I was registered to many surgeries but this one really stands out ❤

Professional, efficient, caring and competent. Not one of these words describes this surgery. Want a phone call back? Want a reply to your emails? I wouldn't get your hopes up. Aside from Bianca the midwife, who is brilliant, every member of staff is an embarrassment to the NHS and should be ashamed of themselves. The practice manager allows the receptionists to make medical decisions they they are in no way qualified to make and often contradicts the advice given by the actual GPs. They consistently put my sons health at risk from the day he was born and any form of criticism of the service is met with threats of being removed as a patient which I will now doubt be threatened with again as a result of this post. I've now had to raise the matter with the ombudsman and the local MP as the service isn't fit for purpose and the manager has no place running a doctor's surgery.
