Been coming here regularly for four months now. I love running but used to struggle with terrible shin splints and knee problems. Since coming here I no longer have either or these problems and have upped my running. Can’t recommend it enough. After each session I feel great knowing it’s getting rid of toxins and inflammation in my body. John, Kaylen and Kelly are the nicest guys and have a lot of wisdom to share. 5 stars. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just want to take a a few minutes this morning to say thank you to Cryohub bedford for treating my wife’s leg within a 20 minutes session, she was bed bound for 4 days couldn’t move her right leg , after taking my advice she went in and got treated by John who was absolutely amazing , after her session she was able to walk with minor pain remaining , I can see how happy she to be back to herself . Thank you once again . Fab job!!

Incredible experience, first time in the cold therapy chamber yesterday and the benefits are instant. It’s not as shocking as the cold water as it gradually gets colder so that’s a plus and you get the same sensation after as the cold water. Got to meet 3 members of the team and what an amazing group of people. 10/10

John and Kaylen have great energy and make you feel at ease.
I had the targeted treatment for my left knee and the compression therapy. I instantly felt better. I am already thinking about the full chamber treatment.

As an Army veteran who was medically discharged. I have suffered for years with severe spinal pain and severe nerve damage. I saw an advert for the Cryohub in Bedford and wished I had known about this place years ago.
I have not had a good night's sleep for years.
After 3 minutes in the chamber and down to - 137 degrees. I emerged feeling full of energy and absolutely buzzing. A few hours later, I started to feel tired. I slept for 13 hours, 20 minutes. I went back to work two days later and slipped and twisted my back. I was in so much pain that I sent John a message asking if he could help.
Come down after work, he said, I will fit you in. After a few minutes of targeted treatment, I left with a numb back and instructions to have a hot bath when I got home.
I woke up ready for work with only a dull ache, which disappeared a couple of hours later. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. And very laid back and understanding.

I was told about the Cryotherapy by a couple of friends, so I kind of knew what to expect, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hub is very welcoming and the staff are so lovely, make you feel at ease and are very knowledgeable. Whilst having my treatments, John explained each step of the process very well. Just after one session I already feel the difference. I would highly recommend CryoHub. 5 star service, thank you 🙂

I have been suffering quite badly with what I thought was a hip problem, as it turned out it is spondylitis in my lower spine, and was recommended to visit the CryoHub in Kempston. I was a little bit sceptical but thought I would give it a try, well I was wrong. One session in the "chamber" with John talking and overseeing the whole 3 minutes gave me confidence and, although freezing, the time shot by. He then went over the sore areas with nitrogen as well as compression on both my legs. This morning I got out of bed, stood straight and walked with far, far less pain than I have been experiencing for some time, I will be going back for further sessions. I also have quite bad arthritis (in my am nearly 72yo) and even that seems to have eased. these guys are amazing and so positive, even a follow up phone call this morning to see how I am, do it you will be amazed.

Awesome guys that are super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. A credit to the local Community to have something so
amazing locally. The targeted treatment, has massively helped on my recovery after my knee operation.
Would highly recommend.
