5* to thank The practice manager Kirsten here, she is the best this surgery has had and they’ve had a fair few . She cares for patients and will help you. I for one can vouch for this no matter how rude, difficult or hard they can be/come across she knows you’re frustrated/upset or worried , whereas other staff members would not understand , therefore thank you for helping me when I am not in the best of moods.

Needed update on new repeat prescription after surgery along with my wife’s which had run out . Pressed option 2 only 1 in queue and Kerrie answered and her manner was friendly , slick and professional , tablets all sorted same evening excellent service well done Kerrie , Julian Norman 🙂

The service and care from this practise has gone down massively since the old doctors have retired, the reception staff are incredibly rude and obnoxious bar the odd one or two girls, my family has experienced everything from getting no appointments no matter how serious the issue may be, to a receptionist giving major attitude over the phone to my sister because she was panicking about her poorly son (I had to walk into the practise to deal with this face to face at which point the manager took me to a room round the back so other patients wouldn’t hear what I had to say), i had a skin rash of some kind, made me spend loads on ointments and creams, their doctors could not work out what was wrong and finally after almost a year, a doctor tells me i need a blood test. When I took the blood test and it came out clear, she didn’t know what else to say and then said go on a diet haha, but no referrals to a dermatologist despite me requesting again and again, in the end I went to Morocco, North Africa for a holiday and a doctor their gave me something to wash into my skin, it was all gone within 2 weeks. I have avoided going to London road surgery since 2022 as I know now it’s a complete waste of time and money. Avoid and go somewhere else if you want real care for your family.
It’s insane that a practise in the uk can have such rubbish standards as this.

When I tried to book an appointment for my daughter your system show useless form to fill unnecessary information.why don’t you make a simple form so people can fill it easily. It’s a worst surgery half of your staff even don’t want to help people.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and responsiveness at this practice. After an appointment with Dr. Hussain on October 2nd, we sought a referral for our son to the Right to Choose pathway for an ADHD diagnosis due to extensive waiting times through the school’s CDC referral. Dr. Hussain informed us he was unsure about the referral process for children and would check with the secretary, promising to get back to us. Despite multiple follow-ups in person, we received no response until October 15th.

On that date, Dr. Hussain informed us that the Right to Choose service is only available for adults, contradicting NHS guidelines that this is a right for all patients. We then submitted a formal complaint on October 16th, as advised by the practice, expecting a response within the 5 working days indicated in their guidance. Yet, as of today, October 28th, we have not received any acknowledgment or reply.

It’s unacceptable for a medical practice to ignore both a parent’s concerns and a child’s health needs, especially after instructing everyone with a negative review to email their complaint only to ultimately ignore it. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and has left our family feeling entirely unsupported.

This doctors surgery gets worse by the day and represents how the NHS is doing…recently they changed there appointment system, now you gotta still wait over 10 mins to get through or complete an online form or speak to someone from Triage who will write down you details and what’s wrong with you, then someone will review the information and then someone will txt you to say it’s been reviewed, then all of a sudden u get a call to say can you come in for an appointment in 45 mins, you rush to the doctors and still after one hour your still not seen, the reason because the doctor is running late, so why call me to offer an appointment at the incorrect time when you know the doctor is delayed. This is just todays experience, I’ve been at this doctors for over 15 years and I have nothing good to say.you guys need to change.

Useless staff; they didn’t upload the correct phone number and missed my appointment as a result. None available for over a week for an urgent issue, and no help or support in receiving an earlier appointment due to their error.

One of the worst surgeries I have come across. Unfortunately my mum is with this surgery as its the closest to her. Everytime I try ring, I am waiting up to an hour to speak to anyone. Currently 10.40am and been waiting 30 minutes on the phone, caller number 3. Really awful service.
