This was my first experience of a sound bath and I will definitely do it again. Bernie made me feel very welcome and relaxed when I arrived and was very professional. The actual sound bath was amazing and I had the best night's sleep in a long time afterwards

Yesterday, I was privileged to attend the Mindlight Meditation 'Autumn 2024 Retreat' ... and what an absolute treat it was! Bernie made me feel welcomed, supported, respected and thoroughly pampered. Fantastic itinerary which included the most wonderful (Body Scan) meditation, Chi Gong, lunch, refreshments, painting and even chocolate! I came away lighter in mood, a weight off my shoulders and meeting some lovely people in the mix. This is my ultimate luxury for some 'Me Time' and, being my 2nd visit, is something I firmly add to my calendar twice a year! Thank you Bernie 🙏🏻🫶🏻💜

Berni is just the perfect! Mindfulness teacher! I have been lucky enough to attend 2 retreat days which were arranged with thought and attention to detail. Such a consciousness and genuinely caring practitioner. Can't wait for the next retreat!

I have nothing but praise for Berni and the wonderful mindfulness courses and journey she has taken me on. I took my initial 'beginners course' over 4 years ago and the difference it has made to my life is incredible. It has even cured my fear of flying...and believe me I used to be terrified!! For me, personally, I wanted to be taught by someone whom really understood the psychology side of mindfulness, and when I found out that Berni was not only a fully qualified coach but also had a degree and taught psychology in university, I knew she was the lady for me. I'll be forever thankful and grateful 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️

Bernie was like the calm in my storm! She made me feel totally at ease, relaxed and gave me a safe space to process my emotions whilst teaching me mindfulness practices. I asked a lot of questions and she could always answer them, giving examples linked to science, which I found extremely helpful in my learning journey. Thank you Bernie

Bernadette is a wonderful calm person that has an aura around her that is peaceful and draws you in to find your space and peace. Whether doing classes or a retreat with Bernadette she does not disappoint. I would encourage anyone to experience her life changing teachings.

Lovely day retreat for mindfulness. Great facilitator and exceptional hot chocolate which was part of the mindful tasting session.
