Extremely Disappointed - Wasted Time and Travel Expenses
I made a laser hair removal appointment a week in advance for Friday 3rd May at 15:30, and I drove four hours from Horsham, West Sussex to Loughborough, only to find out upon arrival that the establishment had closed at 15:00. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did I waste my time and travel expenses, but also the opportunity for the service I had scheduled. Such a lack of communication and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable.
Ps : I ve done a session there once was a "top up "sessions and so this one was supposed to be thats why I ve choosen them but never again.

I have been seeing Dr Tahera and the lovely staff for 6 months now to help manage my acne on my back and face. Thanks to her treatments for the first time in almost ten years I have felt confident enough to wear a vest and short sleeves in public and to go out without make up on. I can't tell you how much my confidence has grown and my whole quality of life. I felt like Dr and her staff really understood me and they always make time to fit me in to be seen or just to catch up about my skin - especially because it's been a cause of anxiety for me for so long.
Because I have been looked after so well at the clinic my mum has also started seeing Dr Tahera for her own treatments, and drives 3+ hours to see her.
Every penny at the L&L has been absolutely worth it.

I have just come back from an appointment with Dr Tahera and Im amazed with the experience. I felt completely taken care of, my objectives and my interest were are the forefront instead of trying to sell services. Dr Tahera is more than versed in the industry and shares the wealth of the knowledge. I really appreciated her approach to her clients. Front office are great and it was easy to make an appointment. Definitely recommend it.
