I have been for 2 Reiki sessions with Kat, such a beautiful lady!! I was made to feel at ease, not knowing to much about it I didn't really know what to expect ... WOW !!! I was so relaxed, the room was beautiful and smelt to lovely, I had to book again before I left. I've told so many people and have had friends who have gone. Can't wait for my next session. I went for a Reiki session with Kat, not knowing a lot about it, I went with no expectations and wow, it really was amazing I felt things and experienced things I never expected. Kat made me feel so welcome and at ease, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The room had a lovely feel to it and made me feel at peace, it even made my head feel tingly (a sensation I get when relaxed and feeling nice). I was really impressed, definitely going for another session. I then went home and had a lovely relaxing bath with bath salts that Kat sells, it was the finishing touch to a very special treatment. I had a reiki session with Kat and was very welcomed I was told what would happen during my session and if you are not sure of anything Kat will help you to understand and advise, after the session I was given some information on how to care for yourself after and over the next few days and could not believe the improvement it had on me sleeping so much better and felt more energised and not sluggish.
Would highly recommend Kat she is fantastic.

A very warm welcome from Kat, not only does she listen to what your going through she channels her energy into the healing. Followed by a great chat after, she really does understand and want to help! Considering I am not the most relaxed person the way she managed to calm my thoughts was amazing!
