waiting for a telephone call consultation this morning and nothing, says the surgery is open till 6.30pm, called at 18.05 and an automated message says they are closed. thank you for your professionalism and service of care.I probably could say more but thats gone in an email to the surgery if they ever read it.A very grumpy patient.
EDIT . went from a one star to five star . complaint handled very well and now i am a happy patient. thankyou

I don't stop receiving messages over and over and overthat they are experiencing technical issues, difficult moments. Thank goodness I don't need to use them.

But... How many times? Seriously it is too much. Do they really should be open? I think it is a waste of money. Whoever who is responsible, authorities or Council, should check on them. It is not normal

I visited this practice today 18 Sep 2017 for the first time, they came across very modern, reception staff were very polite and friendly. My Ultrasound nurse was brilliant, caring and friendly good at her job, I Would visit here again. Please anyone who gives the practice a poor rating think, how would you cope, little money short on staff and busy at all times, and looking after caring for thousands of people.

Absolutely dreadful surgery. I needed urgent help & was sent a text message asking me to call them but the receptionist just wasn’t interested. There are no appointments there for even urgent cases & the doctor that messaged me doesn’t even work there anymore.

Real shame to award one star as there are some staff who are kind and efficient when you go into the practice but overall the experience is not good. They don’t follow up with issues that they say they’re going to, it’s so hard trying to get an appointment, and you never get an apology for when they’ve let you down.

Amazing, rung to register as a new patient got straight through to a lovely woman named Laura and while on the phone I told them l could not get an appointment with my old surgery for my son, l had started to call at opening time and waited for 47minutes to speak to reception to be told all the appointments had gone, and to dial 111 for advice. The Harbour practice told me to come down and register him in person and offered appointment that day.
Just fantastic when l arrived the reception were so lovely and friendly. Very impressed

I requested my medical records on the 27th of January and was told 5/7 days before i can collect them ,we are now into March ,having sent 5 follow up emails i am told they are busy ,i need the records to start a job working with vulnerable children ,if this was a business it would have been bankrupt by now ,i can see why all your reviews are so bad .....
