We are very quick to criticise the nhs, rightly so In many cases, I however have to give serious praise and thanks to Edenbridge medical centre.

I lost/forgot my asthma inhaler while staying in rye, I was really struggling. Within 20 mins of speaking to the practice they had sent a prescription request to the local pharmacy to where I was staying, my partner collected it straightaway and saved me from a trip to hospital, I was seriously struggling with my breathing,

After being bitten by a dog during the day my wife insisted that I should get it checked out. Arriving at the centre at 17.45 without an appointment or even a phone call, I thought it would be a waste of time. By 17.55 I was walking out, antibiotics had been prescribed, tetanus had been administered and all eventualities explained. A fantastic service, late in the day by extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I filled out the online appointment form at 10:00
I received a call at 10:30 and a scheduled appointment at 12:00
I received great treatment from the doctor and all the staff there
Another left a bad impression on me ... half of the waiting patients looked unhappy and restless even before their examination
To all these people next time please show more patience and respect for all NHS staff
I believe 99% of them do their best

Brilliant new medical centre on our door step. Great service and easy to book appointments through the app. As a family we have had no issues and quick turn around on same day appointments. Beautiful building as well. Something that will make most of the people in Edenbridge proud.

Trying to make an appointment is so stressful I have a b12 deficiency and have to have injections every 3 months I can never get anyone on the phone and can’t book my appointment 3 months in advance which means I need to at 8:30 in the morning try and get an appointment online for somthing which is holding up other people form getting seen for a repeat jab. So the only way I can make an appointment is by going in on my way home from work and today I finished early and decided to get it book as it’s due soon and would you believe that due to staff training at 13:00 the surgery is closed and the people who are in there can’t even book me in for an appointment. The last surgery were smaller and I guess limited on space due to the amount of patients but it seems the new one has so much space but can’t get the staff!!!

Positive experience once you are there, but cannot get through via telephone for love nor money! So far I have been on hold for over 4 hours and had the phone picked up and put down on me twice!
I’m at a loss as to what to do? I can’t just pop down there as I have limited mobility. I thought we were going to see some improvement once they moved to the new service………

Open a few months and have still not sorted the EV charging points out. Typical Sevenoaks/Edenbridge Councils in the dark ages.
"From the 15th June 2022, new homes and buildings in England will be required to have EV charging points." This money would be going back into the local area. It would have paid for the 24hr Security at the old site

Website needs urgently to be updated to state hours as website says open until 6.30 however this is not the case. I held on the phone line and it stated I was first in the queue and held on but nobody answered. My daughter shot round to the surgery as I was extremely anxious to be told it’s open until 6.00pm and there was only the receptionist, cleaner and one duty dr on. Please update hours asap as nothing tells you when your trying to phone around 6.00pm that it’s closed
