Amazing staff

Been in again recently. They helped me out with contact lenses and glasses for screen use at work as I was struggling with my previous ones.

Had 2 new pairs of bifocals, no waiting around or delay in collecting them. Within 2 weeks I had a fall and bent both arms of glasses. I called in and they were fixed in 5 mins with no charge. Thank you.

Do a good job, a little to pushy with getting you to buy their glasses which I suppose it what they are there for, but you need to take time and look over them all with out someone trying to constantly remind you of the deals. Would of preferred to be left alone.

I went for an eye test on 22/02 and the optician said I needed long distance glasses for driving - He said they would be fast tracked and ready by 26/02. The young lady who took the order gave me an appointment for 26/02 @ 3pm. Imagine my disappointment, when having made a special trip to Bingham, I was told they would not be ready until 29/02. That is bad service.
