Lisa who works front of counter is a huge asset to this pharmacy. She seems to know virtually all of her customers, is knowledgeable friendly, helpful, always able to resolve any issues.
Never had any problems
with my regular
perscriptions. Pharmacist is always happy to speak to you and give advice if needed.

We just had our Covid and flu injections here today (and last year). The gentleman who does these is so polite, knowledgeable and gentle. The staff on arrival brought a chair for my husband as he had recent surgery. Staff very polite and go above and beyond to help. Thank you all. Fantastic service!

Waiting time is shocking. Feel so sorry for the extremely helpful lady who seems to be only one serving. All you hear is all the other staff talking and laughing and not bothering to help when busy. Will change chemist - please don't reply saying you were understaffed or busy that day, it is always like this.

This is by far the worst pharmacy on the island lisa who works behind the counter is an asset to the pharmacy she's wonderful as for the rest of the staff they are useless they are rude other than kelly I have witnessed myself the way they have treated lisa with rudeness on at least 3 occasions I myself have a repeat prescription that goes in every Wednesday without fail il go to pick it up on a Wednesday afternoon and its never ready they then tell me it will take 45- 1 hour to make up which usually means I have to make a second journey now usually there is 4-5 staff members behind the counter where the medication is made up right on the counter is the telephone I have screen shots of where I have phoned 45 times in the concession of an hour to have no response i try to phone ahead to have my medication ready before i arrive then when I arrive in the pharmacy its completely empty so I decided to get my phone out and phone the pharmacy while inside to which I watched the Indian man who I assume is the top pharmacist silence the phone this I find absolutely despicable behaviour and I will be sourcing a way to take this to someone higher
