I've been seeing Indre for several years now! It began with just a relaxing massage and as time has gone on and her knowledge expanded, it is so much more than just a massage. Plantar Fasciitis...what Plantar Fasciitis!! Check out the rock tape she put on my heel! Not had discomfort for over 2 months now!

It is very much a person centred approach when visiting Indre and not a one size fits all! She puts me at ease and makes me feel safe. What more could you ask for?

She's very good with recommending exercises to carry on at home too.
