This is my 4th visit to this outlet. The process seemed a little rushed and like a conveyor belt. I found the multitude of options, coating and lenses overwhelming, had I understood these better I would have made different choices. I have ended up with 2 pairs of reading glasses in addition to the prescription pair, neither of which I will probably use. This lead to a paying a great deal more than I had expected. I think this will be the last time I will buy from an outlet of this type due to the sheer cost. I will most likely take my prescription to an online out let for a fraction of the cost. I have priced an identical pair of glasses with the same options through an online outlet and found that they were 1/4 of the cost with satisfaction guarantees in place. Whilst I cannot fault the process offered, in this day and age I cannot justify the cost especially as I'm not really going to use 2 of the 3 pairs I ended up with.

My experience was undertaken by a good team of professional people right from the start, from welcoming me in, OTC Test, Sight Test by Alia, Peripheral Vision Test by Sam. All amazing people and a Team to be proud of. I was made to feel at ease, full explanations given throughout - a very nice experience.

I was introduced to Josh who done my first eye test & eye scan then seen by Alia who was brilliant with me testing my eyes explaining everything I needed to know I would definitely highly recommend ( I don’t normally complete these questionnaires but was very impressed by all members of staff)

I am extremely grateful for the excellent service that I received on my recent visit Tuesday10th September, from the two audiologists that adjusted my hearing aids and changed the ear pieces to fit correctly. It has made a big difference and they really listened to what I had to say, making sure that I was happy with them.
Plus they handed me over to an optician who adjusted one side of my glasses so that it no longer pressed down on my ear when I was wearing my hearing aid, which had caused me to remove my hearing aid in the past as it was painful. She also cleaned and tightened my glasses without being asked. It has really made a difference, thank you all very much.
