My feet keep swelling up and I’m in constant pain. I’m only 32 and I know it’s a bit too early to be dealing with problems like that. I booked my first ever lymphatic drainage with Suzanne. I can feel a significant improvement after just one hour. No doctor could tell me what’s wrong with my body and why it is happening.
Suzanne was very professional and knew what she was doing. I felt very relaxed and calm. I truly recommend Riverside Natural Health Centre. I will definitely be back!!
I also received some recommendations regarding herbs that could help me, all very professional.

Excellent professionals, the place positivity and great energy and environment was great.

I had a deep tissue massage from James and everything was really comfortable, friendly, and easy to book. My back and shoulders were like an ironing board made of gristle and its so much more supple now with the vast majority of tension gone. What I didn't expect was a tonne of emotional tension gone too- felt amazing afterwards. Will deffo go back for a follow up- thank you James!
