Called at midday and received an appointment for that afternoon. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the role of the medication he was prescribing. He gave advice on how to alleviate the pain I was in and I later received an e-mail with illustrated exercises to help prevent further problems.
I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Absolutely disgusting service,repeated calls to get an appointment for my issue,had tests done and they don't bother to look at results then refuse to book an appointment until they have done so. Had problems with them for years due to ongoing health issues. Wouldn't recommend this doctors at all,changing mine asap

Been in agonising pain for weeks which is getting worse I can barely stand from a sitting position in tears daily trying to cope to relieve the pressure on the NHS and when it's finally unbeable no sleep can't eat ? I'm told a 5 week waiting list for an appt...we're my sister can get an appt in Birmingham for migraines unbelievable..

These stars are for the amazing doctor ..DR Allen...and he is by far one of the best doctors I've ever seen in 35 years..(I'm 51 ) so thorough and knowledgable and stuff I've researched for years which I would imagine is not general medicine he knew..I've visited lots of doctors for the same problem but he is the only one who pinpointed it (just amazing) well 5 stars ? from me for his expertise and friendly caring manner...I'd pay private to see him..

Terrible place. The only person I’ve had a good experience with is Jayne! I cannot praise her enough. But everything else is absolutely DIRE. From extortionate fees for referral letters, that must be paid in cash, nice little tax avoidance for the Doctors there I might add. To obstructive receptionists that always seem to be in a bad mood. The place is disgusting. They’ve caused more problems than they’ve resolved. Glad I’ve moved out of area!!

Over the last few months I feel the service has improved from my original review hence my edit.
Routine appointments are still a wait but Dr Allen leaves no stone unturned and gets things done. Nurses are all lovely. Its usually difficult to get my blood but the nurse was successful at 1st attempt... so I'm super impressed!!

If you want a appointment don't bother with ST LUKES. It was a fantastic practice but since the change of owners you will be lucky to get one. If your Ill on a Friday your out of luck they "work" half day well that's about as much as you would get from them and "Sorry we don't have a appointment for five days" call 111 . But if you want a medical check we can book you in there and then !!!
Third world country medical practice, if this is the best of the NHS we are all in trouble no wonder the nurses are struggling due to practice doctors not being available when we need them .

Incredibly unhelpful reception staff, had to jump through hoops for simple requests such as antibiotics, referred too 111 & ONLY THEN was my inquiry taken seriously upon the surgery being sent an email from 111. Phone line is always busy & was disconnected multiple times trying to get through, had to call a neighbouring surgery to ask if their line was working.

Giving up trying to call, I arrive at the surgery to be met by uninterested, short & generally awkward reception, who seemed entirely stone like when asked to provide basic information such as when my doctor would be calling, procuring a fitness note & future appointment times. Only be sent back home for the phone consultation I initially spent the better part of 2 hours trying to arrange.

The only redeeming factor of All Saints surgery is it’s doctors & nurses when you’re actually permitted to reach them, but I would save yourself the trouble of running the gauntlet of its ice cold administrative ‘professionals’ & choose a different surgery.
