Leamore GP

The best surgery we were registered at so far. Reception is very helpful, our lady doctor, Dr Malhotra, is brilliant; they're all happy to help whenever. I never had a problem to get an appointment. Considering such a wonderful experience with this practice, I am doubly happy that we registered here because our previous doctor practice was absolutely useless.

Appointment to see a nurse on the same day as calling. Saw the nurse on time and put on a course of antibiotics. Very impressed

A great team of professionals, I have been receiving treatment from here for a while, I have been lucky to see the same doctor who understands my medical history. I have been struggling with various issues and needed additional support, Dr Shweta malhotra has always gone out of her way to ensure that I receive this. I was not in a good place mentally but after receiving the right medical care from Leamore GP I have started to recover and feel positive that things will improve. I want to sincerely thank them all for their patience and help. I am extremely grateful for how I am feeling.

Very nice and friendly practice. Made sure protocols were followed and had a nice around to ensure I was comfortable during the examination. Cannot recommend highly enough, brilliant doctors and team who take time to listen and provide the best care for their patients I'm very grateful to the manager who recommended to join this practice as a patient. I am very happy with the practice care.

I gotta be honest, I don't use these alot as I try to look after myself but recently I needed an appointment and was told I'd been taken off register due to moving which I understand but I've been with Dr kaul for 45yrs since being born. Ive Not been told I've been struck off, no email or letter, so im disappointed alot buy this. Never mind as I hope the new doctor at my new surgery is as good. The receptionists at this surgery ain't the best and don'tthink about your personal data protection either as they want to know your personal issues before you go in. 20/30years ago this was the best doctors around

Staff was very rude. First time of me being there after being told I need a biopsy… I have been told by the doctor at the hospital I needed to register asap and the lady at the counter said it’d be 4 weeks and that there’s another practice down the road in an effort to turn me away. I tried to explain my situation and she didn’t listen at all just walking grabbing pieces of paper while I was talking to the back of her head. Absolutely disgraceful. Once I am done with my biopsy I plan on switching practice.

Debbie the receptionist helped me alot, she re-sent txt messages, I needed for work and was so polite.Every call bk I asked for, I got with no problems. I had a COPD check got my inhaler sorted and advice. The nurse also gave me my check so helpful. People should realise doctors surgery's and all staff are very busy, they deserve to be respected.

I have been going to the surgery for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with any members of the team. The reception staff are kind, friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. The GP are attentive, caring and respectful. I had a telephone consultation 2 weeks ago, I had to go into the surgery face to face the same day. The doctor then referred me to the lady doctor the next day for another face to face appointment. This was a blessing for me having 2 face to face appointments so close to each other as this is not common practice anymore. But, I was happy that my medical concerns were addressed and treated. I am happy with the medical support that I received from the team. I only wish that some procedures pre-covid would recommence at the surgery as NHS waiting list is a nightmare.
