I have been trying to get an appointment for over 5 weeks had to get new Cross hospital to contact the doctors to get me an appointment wich was made for today and told my appointment is another 2 weeks away absolutely disgusting

I have been with this surgery for two and a half years and we recently moved house slightly out of range so we requested to remain with the surgery as they are a good surgery and we was very happy there but today we received a letter each which states my partner can remain with them but I have to leave even though we are living at the same address what’s the difference between us we both have health issues it’s really disappointing and disgusting to be treated this way

I can only speak as i find i have only been with the practice for a short time but the service from reception to the nurses and Doctors has been first class thank you all
