As soon as you step foot into the treatment room you can feel the calming and relaxing atmosphere that Melanie has created. Having never had colonic hydrotherapy before, it felt like a daunting experience however Melanie is extremely successful at putting you straight at ease. She provides a full consultation upon your first visit and REALLY provides a caring approach to tailoring the service to your individual needs. The process is clearly explained from start the finish and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. Not once did I feel embarrassed (I thought I would!).
