I've had very poor health since 2021 that's unfortunately impacted various areas of my life, it's been scary. I have praise for reception staff (always helpful) and I praise the nurses and doctors except Dr Tomlin, I've refused to speak with her since September 2022 and this is noted on my record. I tried really hard but feel let down and lost hope especially as my GP medical record states an important re-referral was done by Dr Tomlin in
May 2022 but the referral was not actually done, my intensive care nurse investigated further and informed me of this recently so I'm back on the waiting list again, hopefully being fast-tracked, upset, frightened, not happy.

Where is the honest service? I phoned in for blood test results. On Tuesday. get the blood test result, but they are incorrect. I get told to expect a call the next day, Wednesday. I do not get a call the next day. I phone in on Thursday. The telephone answering/wait service is not working as it should. The receptionist tells me the Dr is poorly and they short staffed. I am not satisfied with being told I will receive and can expect a call the next day and not get it. Not even a curtesy text message. The receptionist hung up the phone while I was still talking.
