First class treatment with brilliant staff who care for you from start to finish ,i have had my cataract operation on the 5-11-2024

I missed placed my prescription with work commitments, I left it at a customer's site on Thursday, 15th November.

I called yesterday, Saturday 16th November, they were closed but went through the phones automated attendant I spoke to lovely lady from out of hours care, although it wasn't an emergency, she made it so easy that she asked me to call back today 17th November, at 8am when they are opened.

I was asked to come in after 15:00 . I arrived at 15:30 with my prescription waiting for me.

From start to finish, this is the best service I've ever received.

From the first moment I stepped through the door of the Newmedica Surgical Centre Northampton. I was treated as an individual with courtesy and respect by every member of the staff. From receptionist to surgeon. The care and attention I received from each member of the team was faultless. The cateract leaflet provided is a very concise account of all the stages and procedures regards cateract surgery. Without resevations I would wholeheartedly recommend Newmedica Northampton to all. Many thanks goes to each and every one of the Newmedica team.
