Both Guilsborough and Brixworth are fantastic. We feel very lucky to be able to be registered here. Everyone we have come across at both locations is friendly, caring and go out of their way to help. A proper patient-orientated GP surgery. Thank you!

This is an excellent surgery. For different matters, I have had the need to contact the Office Manager, who on all those occasions, I have found her to be exceptional in her professionalism, understanding, impartiality and support. The Secretaries and Admin staff are efficient and helpful. The Receptionist staff are kind, friendly and accomplished. The Nursing staff are nice and have a lovely way about them, the Dispensary team are helpful and proficient and most of the Doctors are efficient, good listeners, thorough and helpful. I especially like and respect Dr Perera and Dr Patel. The parking facilities are great. I highly recommend this surgery and feel honoured to be a patient here. Keep up your good work Guilsborough.

I joined this practice in early 2023.
In this time I have had to visit on 3 occasions each time to a different doctor.
Each time, I saw a different doctor but all had a welcoming, friendly and relaxed manner which really makes you feel at ease.
The receptionist was lovely too, as was the dispenser. I found the overall experience each time EXCELLENT/OUTSTANDING rather than very good - but no option to rate it better than very good on the drop down facility on their website.

I cannot praise the receptionists and secretary enough. I have had health issues this year and was at guilsborough most days in jan. I needed a phone app with a certain doc but there were non I was happy to ring the next day. The
receptionist called me back a few minutes later to say that there had been a cancellation and she had booked me in, twice I have had this happen I cannot thank the receptionists enough so helpful and caring nothing is too much trouble the same with the secretary when I needed assistance with a hospital appointment

I have used this doctors for 5 years now and I have NEVER not got an appointment the phone is always answered politely and the doctors have always taken any condition of mine very seriously referring me with no hesitation. Even after an NHS surgery I got an unexpected follow up call a week after to make sure I was doing ok. I can not speak any more highly of the team. Well done your doing a fantastic job
