I recommend the Minster veterinary group to everyone I know with pets. All the staff are amazing, The clinics are always clean and tidy. They saved a muched loved greedy Doberman of mine. They also have out of hours, which is invaluable!

Fantastic vets. We recently had to make the awful decision to put our dog to sleep. The vet Jim took the time to speak with us about our options and then the reception team arranged a wonderful vet and nurse to come from Newark branch to our home as nobody was available from Bingham. The vet and nurse (Sarah and Nicky) were absolutely lovely and made an absolutely dreadful time in our lives a little easier. We are forever grateful to them for making something so horrific a little easier.

My dog Margo is currently going through suspected IVDD and it’s been the most traumatic week however, the receptionists & vets at this practice could not be doing more for me, they have been so kind and understanding even with my many calls during emergency hours. Thank you all so so much!

The receptionist was so helpful and spent time ringing around to get our gecko an appointment and also gave us lots of suggestions. She got us an appointment at the Newark branch and we were so grateful as we struggled to find anyone who would or could see her. The vet at Minster in Newark was fab with her and the cost was so reasonable! Definitely recommend!
