My husband has been ill for 2 weeks, last Tuesday managed to get appt for today at 11:30 (a week later). He sat there for an hour, in an empty waiting room, to be seen. It's pay only parking, he took enough change for his appt time. The doctor didn't reply to messages from his receptionists asking when he was calling his patient in. Had to walk out in the end as it is time away from work, time ran out on the car and silence from a doctor. Shameful service.

Never had a problem. Never had an appointment cancelled. Always recieved good sound care. I wouldn't leave. My family have kept their family surgery since before we got together. They have had real nightmares!!

Receptionist at this doctors are extremely professional and very helpful and they go the mile extra to help you with availability of appointments and telephone appointments is well and doctors are always on hand to help and support patients at an extra mile and one of the best doctors surgery in Bedfordshire county and I would give all the staff members 10 stars🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️and I recommend this surgery to all Bedfordshire county people one of best💯💯💯💯💯thank you to all the staff 😊😊😊

Since I have been with linden Rd surgery I find the staff at the reception are extremely polite and courteous
Each time I go there im welcomed and feel so at ease
The GP who have dealt with me have been great in letting me know in what is going on with my ailments in an easy to understand discussion
Overall my experience there has been great

Happy with everything in this surgery, however the pharmacist MOE HAUSIEN is extremely incompetent. He refused my 3 year old non verbal sons prescription for special milk even though he does not eat any food and is completely relaint on his prescription.

We were supposed to have a vaginal appointment in the morning but I was called 30 min before and been told that the appointment would take place through a phone call. How it's even possible to take a 'test' via call and determine a potential illness if the specialist does not offer a face2face service? Besides that I have tried to explain that we demanded a check because of long term issues but the doctor kept denying that the appointment was only arranged through a phone call where obviously we weren't even told about this. After denying she immediately ended up the call. Poor service.
