The Limes medical centre have been truly amazing. When ever me or my family members have needed appointments and we ring on time we get on straight away. Once last year I couldn’t get to the surgery so a doctor came to me and when I was able I got in to see the muscular skeletal team really quick. I have never had an issue with the reception staff who are lovely or any nurse’s or Doctors. We are truly grateful for our limes medical centre in our village. So thank you to everyone at The Limes.

Couple years ago they said I IBS, then they said it was in my head! Turns out I had a burst appendix that had been burst for a long time.

Now all I need is flipping print out but it’s taking them nearly 2 weeks to not even respond.

The woman on the phone talks to you like you can’t speak English and 6years old. Worst medical centre I’ve ever been apart of.

I Have never had any problems with The Lime’s Medical Center . I give 5?+ .we may need to wait for an appointment with the Dr you would like to see . But in the case of emergency they do their best to find you an appointment .

Phone up,like an appointment,explained problem with drug reaction,sore mouth,neck,rash on arm,hearing,ears stinging ,lump behind ear,and leaking blood.told need to see doctor.sorry ,have no appointments,today,and booked up for next week or so....
Phone In morning.....ok.
After a painfull night,and no sleep till 6 am,I awoke at 9am and called for appointment.
...no appointments.another day goes by,rash mouth infection,ear infection,leaking blood from lump behind ear ,just need to see a doctor.Will try tomorrow.update,sores on rear of head,phoned at 8,asked for pic,..done,sorry ,tried calling you,.went to voicemail,they said..and we are full up for the day,...guess what,...try again tomorrow.
The cats get better service from there vet.at least they answer there phones,and give you an appointment.

I came in for a vaccine appointment today and am extremely needle phobic so was really scared about the appointment however I was put with an amazing nurse Karen who really took her time and was patient with me and just knew perfectly how to handle the appointment and the situation. She’s made me less scared of having vaccines now and is the best experience I’ve ever had! I will definitely go to her again

I have been trying for 2 months now to get a appointment with the Musculoskeletal Physio Clinic, I call back when the reception say’s appointments are released but they have a no appointment’s when I call, this just goes on week after week ln desperation I finally got a Dr appointment, he was lovely & very thorough & told me a cortisol injection should cure my problem. Reception told me no appointments for 5 week’s. They want you to loose weight to be healthy but when you can’t exercise because of pain and can’t get a appointment what are you to do

Just wanted to say thank you for a great service on Tuesday. Popped in at the end of the day and the receptionist was so accommodating.
I had no appointment but within half an hour I had seen Dr Sloan , I hope I remembered her name correctly, and had my medication in my hand.
