Your new auto answering machine to book an appointment is absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve said multiple different things, rang 5 times and yet I’m still being taken to the point of the call where it’s asking if I’d like to book in an asthma review or a COPD consultation I never asked for an appointment for an existing health condition so what’s that about? You’re going to lose patients at this point and you wonder why your reviews are so crap.

Even trying to get an appointment, it’s like waiting in a line for a rollercoaster for 30/40 odd minutes to then reach the end of the line, and be told that the parks now closed? Realistically you’d do your last appointment and then send a message to peoples phones stating that you’re now fully booked. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m not even slating staff, I’m slating the person with the useless ideas. I’m looking elsewhere for a GP. Thanks for nothing👍🏻

This doctors is an absolute shambles. You’ve been open 40 minutes and do not have a GP to write me a much needed sick note. Getting passed between this joke of a place and 111 is the last thing i need to be doing with my stress levels already through the roof.

Not one to complain but this place needs needs a big wake up or shutting down! Useless! And its been like it for years?! Still no improvement. All they know is take this tablet or that tablet.

02.12.24: Managed this morning after 20 phone calls stating line busy to connect. Expressed to the staff it is a serious issue and I need an appointment. Was then told earliest appointment is 16 December therefore my heart sank. Nevertheless telephoned 111, I now have an appointment at a walk in centre today. Looking at the reviews for Saffron Health Practice it seems clear cut that there is an urgent requirement to review and audit this branch as there is a lot of failings. I strongly beleive a major overhaul - it is a car crash waiting to happen.

Somehow managed to get an appointment a couple months ago, where I was given whole 2 minutes of someones time and 'wishful thinking' kind of diagnosis and was told to come back in a couple weeks if there were no improvements. But how is one meant to get an appointment when the online form is always unavailable and when you manage to get through by calling, there are no more appointments left? It has now been months with feeling ill and getting no help. Just go straight to A&E.

I’ve never reviewed but today I had a couple of appointments, one for a GP appointment with Dr Alaine Cansdale for mental health and was honestly so pleased as she listened to me, truly cared and actually helped me with relevant referrals etc. Not only that but had another appointment for a blood test in the afternoon with the wonderful Michelle who (as always was amazing)I always feel completely comfortable with her and can have a laugh with her which helps a lot! While there I was talking to Shane at reception he was incredibly helpful and I’m pretty sure I’ve talked to him on the phone before that too and he is actually so lovely and very obviously cares too! All in all a brilliant experience today with everything. The other ladies at reception were helpful too I’m sorry I don’t remember your names! I really struggle with going out and appointments so the service received today really helped. Thanks to all 🙂

Awful place
My elderly parents can never get seen despite numerous calls. As usual receptionist happy to tell you what they can't do rather than what they can and should do.
My dad days the place is simply a building to him...says it all really !

Even when the ambulance came for my dad and rushed him into hospital they said they were well aware of this gp practice!

Generally the doctors are OK.
But reception staff are not great ( I would imagine because they are dealing with so many unhappy people.
The biggest problem is getting through and when you do there always seems to be no appointments available.
Is it better anywhere else who knows.

I have been ringing for appointment for few days but it's always busy dealing with another patient. So what about me how am i supposed to get an appointment? It's better to go in adults emergency.
