Unfortunately cannot give 0 stars else I would.
No appointments ever available on the day, they offer for 2-3 weeks ahead advising you it isn’t an ‘emergency’ however this is a GP surgery?! If I had an emergency I would go to A&E and probably be seen quicker than here!
If you do manage to get an appointment don’t expect it to run on time and be fobbed off by pretty much everyone there. Don’t understand how this surgery is still running it’s a shambles.

They never have appointments available, so what’s the point for keeping the surgery open until 6pm , just to get paid ? I was told to call for an appointment at 8am what i did , but apparently there where no appointments at 8am aswell , so , when are they giving the appointments if 8am there ia none available! Very disappointing!!!
I am in process of changing the surgery and i will advise everyone to do the same if want their health checked .

Awful doctors surgery I'm actually in the middle of making a complaint the receptionist are rude and they don't like to go above and beyond in-fact they don't even want to do the bare minimal. Don't get me started on the Drs they don't want to prescribe you medication what has happened to the NHS ? If you are living local I'd avoid this surgery like the plague!

They have improved there system so much since last couple years and I am so happy for them ! Honestly before it used to be so hard trying to get an appointment in but there new system works wonders where you can call in any time and get a go appointment on the same day and the appointments are 10 mins so your in a out while feeling validated and they listen to you instead of telling you to “ get some rest “ Great customer service and never had an issue !

Worst surgery, poor service from the receptionists from the get go! Almost impossible to be seen in a timely manner. Patients care not prioritised here. No issues with the doctors / nurses but impossible to get to them. Been registered for 10 years and never had a smooth process of getting an appointment.

I've had really good experiences with appointments and felt I was being taken seriously whenever I had an appointment. I really appreciate the care I've had at this place. I had to move GPs recently because of location.

The only possible issue is that booking an appointment was sometimes a hassle, where even if I followed every rule, a few times something went wrong and I'd have to call again the next day. But receptionists were respectful and I never felt patronised or rushed by them. They are carrying out a tough job.

Today I needed to attend the surgery and was fortunate enough to be seen by Aldo - what a refreshing experience it was to be seen by someone who clearly know's how to talk to his patients. I walked away feeling fully informed and confident in the treat plan discussed. This is a rare occurrence at this practice.

There is a pattern at this practice; if you get a female GP, a locum or a trainee doctor your normally in excellent hands. Reception service is hit and miss, some reception staff seem more miserable than the patients they are treating - i'd love to provide a name but i think everyone knows who.

Staff on the phone are normally very good and clearly know how to communicate well.

The nurses are usually very friendly understand how to talk to people.

It would be great if the surgery would provide a feedback system; you said, we did?

This has been my gp for all of my life (18 years) and I have usually had rough experiences here - the comments left by others are quite accurate and it is usually near impossible to get an appointment. However, I have to say that I was shocked today. I had contacted my GP and within half an hour I had an appointment scheduled for the same day. When I arrived the service was very quick and my doctor was friendly and helpful - I usually struggle with the atmosphere of anything medical related however I can say with confidence i was fully comfortable today.
