Had to go to the haematology department. It clean the staff speak nice clear English they are helpful kind a really care about you. I went for a bone marrow sample and was bloody terrified, but actually it wasn't as bad as going to blood donors. So don't take any notice of the stories. It's nothing to worry about, the staff are kind caring and you're seen on time.

The room facilities were quite inadequate, with curtains separating the rooms and hardly any space to move, even for one person. It was disheartening not to be allowed to stay overnight with my partner, who had recently undergone a C-section. Additionally, when my partner requested something to drink at night from the staff, her needs went unaddressed, leaving us feeling unsupported during a difficult time.

Got to the children’s outpatient today for an appointment. After travelling for half hour to get there I was then told they “didn’t know why I was there as my child wasn’t needed to be seen until next month”. No letter, no communication, nothing. To make matters worse, the parking is a joke. The meter didn’t give me a ticket, typed in my registration for my car to be told it was free parking and I could leave and THEN it wouldn’t let me out of the barrier.

Absolute joke.

Visited for 2 half weeks, The food was great after we explained to our Mam what was on the menu as no one had gone through it with her. Had sandwiches and more sandwiches every meal for about 3 days, not realising the choices. In the end, she loved the food. 5 ward changes, no one seems to know why she was moved from 1 ward to another. So we had to ask over and over for reasons. Thank goodness she is back home and certainly bettering herself.

Came in by ambulance to a+e sat in ambulance for around an hour then went in waiting over an hour to see a doctor I was given paracetamol for very bad pain but when questioned this I was given morphine and I started to feel a bit better then after 22 hours in a+e I was sent to ward 7 after not eating for 30 hours I was given jacket potato and beans not very good and only given 1 cuppa but iv been in over 18 different hospitals and the night nurse on ward 7 was the best iv incounted well done

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The care my sister received was beyond appalling. Despite her deteriorating condition, they dismissed us with the excuse that "all tests came back normal" and discharged her. It's been a month since we lodged a complaint with PALS, and we’re still waiting for any response. To make matters worse, we've discovered that her autoimmune blood test results were lost, the MRI was of abysmal quality, and the lumbar puncture was labeled "insufficient specimen for analysis." The NHS is simply a pathetic excuse for a healthcare system, and this latest nightmare of an experience has only confirmed my belief: the NHS needs to be abolished. It's far beyond its expiry date and its incompetence is murdering the citizens of this country.

We were treated by Liz in the Balmoral building, ward 8 for a miscarriage. Her and the other nurses were so lovely. She really put our mind at ease and made a difficult situation slightly less dreadful. Honestly an angel. I’ve gone home feeling confident that everything will be ok and I know they are there to support me should I need any further assistance.

We had a great experience at Windsor Eye Clinic, we saw nurse Sarah and she was excellent. Did her absolute best to do the most for my partner and made us feel very at ease.
