I have had my 4th session of Laser hair removal. I cannot describe how impressed I am with the results. Someone who did not leave the house without make up on, can now be confident in my own skin. Superb 👌🏽 results. More so ever my therapist Axi has been nothing short of amazing. Has always made me feel relaxed and comfortable whilst I had my reservations and fear with the treatment.
Strongly recommend this branch and definitely go see Axi 😊

I had my microneedling appointment with Sara today, and it was the BEST session I've had. I was really impressed by her expertise and the professional way she handled the session, which clearly reflected her experience. She began by thoroughly cleansing my face, applied just the right amount of numbing cream, and focused on the bony areas first to help minimise discomfort.

This session was much better than my previous one, where I didn’t feel the job was done properly. I’m really hoping to see Sara again for future appointments. A big thank-you to Sara!!!

Very disappointed with this clinic. Now they do not even complete the processes as they used to do before. They have reduced the steps while increased the price. I had bought a microdermabrasion service few weeks back, in which they didn't remove the blackheads as they used to do in my previous session of microdermabrasion. They mentioned the process has now changed when I highlighted this. I should get a hydrafacial done if I want those steps. This time two days back I took hydrafacial, and they have reduced the steps in hydrafacial too. The exfoliation was not done as it was done in last 2 times I had this done. I did not feel my skin was hydraded enough. When I said this to them, they got upset that we did for 45 mins and you are saying this. Those things you remember are from platinum package not deluxe. I was not satisfied and my feelings was right. Now my skin is even drier than it was before the treatment. My skin about my lips has got rashes from that dryness and I can clearly see the dryness in the mirror. I have had these treatments before and they were far better, so I got more treatments from them. But it has been so unfair how they are playing around with the steps and denying that they missed something when you mention it. Other than laser hair removal treatments, they haven't been honest lately for the treatment steps they are providing. Also, maybe their staff has shuffled, and I find the new staff very careless and ignorant. I would recommend to look for other branches and not go to this one. HIGHILY DISAPPOINTING!

If you are a busy person. Dont book at this branch. I can only book an appointment the night before. I find that its impossible to do that with this branch. I requested for them to transfer my session to another branch but they werent happy to do that. I bought 3 sessions with them thinking they got the same flexibility with another branch. I regret it deeply. Just wasted 100 pounds i guess.

They not a professional teams and not a honest with them service. I did 10 times ears laser and hair in my ears still the same not even 10% less . Before starting they said 8 to 10 times hair will go. And that’s was just a words bla bla bla. Waste my time and my money. Not happy. At all

I’ve been to the Harrow branch several times for laser hair removal and the whole process has always been quick, easy and professional. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the therapists were friendly and answered all my questions esp before my first hair removal session when I was a bit nervous. I would definitely recommend this company and branch.

Let me share my experience with this clinic. I began permanent hair removal treatments almost two years ago. After the first session, I noticed some results, but during the second session, I paid £220 for full hair removal and saw no improvement. When I called to express my concerns, they were unhelpful, and the issue was not resolved. I ended up losing that money.

For the third appointment, I accidentally missed it due to mixing up the date. I tried to explain the situation to them and asked if they could accommodate me, especially since they had also made a mistake during the second appointment. Once again, they refused to help, and I lost another £200. In total, I’ve lost £420.

You really need to be cautious with their scheduling, as they often say one thing and do another.

Today, I returned because I had previously purchased treatment packages. They refused to refund me, so I asked if I could at least get a gift card — again, they refused. I had booked two treatments on separate days, but during today’s session, they only treated one side of my body. When I asked them to include my hands — which I had paid for — they refused. I explained it would only take 10 minutes, but they told me I’d have to come back another day.

I asked to speak with a manager and explained that I no longer wish to return to the clinic due to my dissatisfaction. I requested that they finish the treatment for my hands today, but they refused, claiming no room was available. However, I waited 10 minutes and noticed that the room remained empty the entire time.

Since they refused to resolve the issue, and because I have no intention of returning, I left without receiving the service I paid for. I do not recommend this clinic at all. I’m extremely disappointed. I even recommended the clinic to five of my friends after the first session, but now I’m convinced they’ll be changing clinics too, as they’re experiencing similar problems.

I recently had a laser treatment done and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The entire experience felt very on point and professionally handled. Mara, who performed the treatment, was absolutely brilliant—extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend her to anyone considering laser treatments.

Don’t usually post Google reviews however laser sessions were not cheap cost me over 1000£ and saw no result whatsoever (only at the very beginning) , inconsistency in staffing and always a different member of staff (they do not know what the previous member even used or what setting), in one of the sessions the policy changed about the machine and who’s allowed to use it so they completely changed the setting without my consent with them just trying to follow their regulations. Honestly save your money and go to a better laser clinic. Hair growth is in fact worse!

I had very bad experience on my last session. To start with, I took a package deal which includes 14 face and 10 underarm sessions. On my 13th face session, I clarified with one of the staffs to double check how many more sessions I have, just to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and miscommunication. She told me I still have 2 underarms and 1 more face session left. When I went for my 14th face session (the last one), the reception lady didn't check with me in advance, took me for treatment and after coming out she is telling me I need to pay for this face session. I asked her why?, as last time I confirmed with their own staff and she double checked and told me that 1 more session left for face.
Despite explaining this again and again, they charged me for this last face session and telling me that they will give me 50 % off because this happened due to miscommunication. My point is, the miscommunication was from your staff, why do you still have to take payment from me. The whole point of me double checking with your staff was to be sure that I don't have to pay anything extra. But, they said she misunderstood probably and that is why all these miscommunications happened. This was very bad experience and I would not go there again. I would let go off my last underarms session. I don't want to use it. I would give that session away as charity as they don't want to take their own staff's mistake in consideration and still wanted me to pay. Very disappointed, unsatisfactory and unexpected from them. I would recommend you to check it many times with them and ask everytime beforehands that this session is in your package and that you won't have to pay anything if you are on a package scheme. Be aware.

This was my second visit to LCUK Harrow yesterday, the lady from the staff who did my treatment was literally rude and i could literally see that in her eyes as well. It basically gave me feeling like as if she is doing it for free. I didn't check her name but she was wearing spectacles. We hardly had the conversation as her behaviour and facial expressions could clearly state her rudeness.

Henceforth, I won't be keen to take an appointment from her even if she's the only one who has the capacity for the day as I clearly remember her face.

I mean these are the basis just how to behave with someone, which I think were missing.

During my last visit the person who treated me was really good and accomodating.
