I have always found all staff at Kenton Bridge Medical Centre helpful even during our pandemic.

This practice is a joke. I came in today for my appointment following 30min waiting for someone to answer the phone ! OK i understand they busy practice. 9.40 was my appointment arrive earlier just to be sure. Doctor Patel called me in 20 min after my schedule time. OK I understand they busy. I said I done pregnancy test 2days ago which went positive , doctor Patel said she will refer me to a clinic and I will take it from there . I was wondering how they will contact me without confirmation any of my contact details. She print some papers 4 me to read what I can or can't have during the pregnant. And just looked at me like I got nothing else 2 say you can leave the room now ! Joke Joke Joke really disappointed.

TOO LONG a message about covid and no-one to speak to. Also all GPs should be putting an email address online so services can send documents etc. I needed the email address to send a change of prescription but now I have to listen to the whole COVID message again before the line cuts off or if I am lucky someone will be free to answer the phone

Always been bad, now it's worst. There is no chance to make an appointment over the phone as you'll only get through to an answer machine, and no chance to get an appointment at the desk as they are ALWAYS fully booked. In two previous occasions they missed the diagnostic and I had to go the A&E in the middle of the night. I would DEFINITIVELY NOT recommend this clinic.

worse surgery ever, will be reported to CQC for sure, they dont answer the phone on hold for over a hour, what are people doing at the surgery, THIS SURGERY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!
