I bought a full package almost 2 years ago, just before I fell pregnant. After I gave birth, I was in constant communication with them, they said I cannot attend if I am breastfeeding. I have tried contacting after that, they refused to give me an appointment and are no longer answering their phones. This company has scammed me and I am disappointed as prior to this, I had many many treatments with them and I was very pleased with the results.

Myself and a friend have been coming to this clinic for a while and we think the service is fantastic. I see Sylwia and she is great. She listens,is patient , is responsive and has great customer service. You feel you have infinite time at the clinic, both staff members are accommodating to changes and I would definitely recommend this clinic, the staff and the equipment they use. I have had very good results with my hair removal. Thanks!!

Avani is very professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the appointment.

She has been very helpful in organising my appointments as close to the recommended treatment window as possible without compromising on the safely of the procedure due to holidays/warmer weather etc.

I have been having my laser sessions here, during the course of my treatment customer service has been horrendous. I called 1 month in advance to check an appointment which they rebooked me for. As they couldnt find my details in the diary they rebooked me for another date. On arrival i was told to pay a DNA fee for an appointment which i did not DNA. Made me wait 45minutes for someone to come and speak to me. i explained the situation and they still demanded a fee for rebooking. Terrible service here.
