Worst Gp ever! DR Syed is rude and unprofessional. She is so bad you are most likely to become depressed or suicidal from your experience of ‘trying’ to get help from her.

This was a good surgery however with the new reception staff the surgery rating is bad. It really needs to address all the problems that I will list.
1 appointments almost 3week waiting time before you can see or speak to a doctor.
2 rude unhelpful reception staff.
3 gp asks why you are not taking x medication. Seriously who is the doctor the patient or them? Is the patient meant to know all about the different medications when they are first diagnosed of something.
Obviously the doctor does not read your medical history.
4 there are no doctors working in the evening main reason being covid. Even though most of uk is now open by government advice.

I filed a complaint with nhs England their response is to speak to practice manager which I did. The surgery is still inadequate. I am in the process of changing GPS but anyone else looking to register here good luck. My advice think twice. The only reason for 2 stars is because Dr Syed is a brilliant Dr shame the rest of the surgery is terrible needs to be investigated by NHS England or whoever the Dr standards regulations are.
