Again I booked in for an important blood test altered my working day (and this is not the first they have done this ) on talking to others they do this regularly !! I'm on injections and told these people I needed my blood test with a hospital letter or can't get my injections they booked me in for today ......but I new once again they would CANCEL at the last minute and they did , there is no excuse they just book you in to keep you happy then cancel on you why are they getting away with this it'd different then it I don't turn up for an appointment

Shame I can't give no stars, receptionist exceptionally rude, and kept interupting me while I was trying to explain things. Their website is unobtainable, because the Security Certificate has expired, she refused to tell anyone there of the problem.

I’m totally confused as to why this place has negative reviews.
I’ve recently moved to this surgery after moving house and cannot fault it.
The receptionists have been friendly and helpful, even when it’s been busy. Ive always been greeted with a smile and an attentive response whenever I’ve visited.
My doctor has also been very supportive and easy to talk to.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending hazelmere to others. I’m so far very impressed with their service.

Terrible system. You have to wait in a long call cue … & your not guaranteed an appointment on that day. Some of the staff are helpful some are rude as they have to deal with these issues & silly system on a daily basis. Some doctors are good some are not so good. I mentioned suicide to a doctor after suffering years of depression & had no sympathy from her, she could be possibly racist ‍♀️ Or just narcissistic I don’t know. So yes I am changing doctors. Disgusting service.

Posted 2018 - Awful receptionists so rude and look down at you continuously to busy chatting away most the time, not to mention they think they are doctors themselves.

Update: 2022 - Sadly no change, Reception staff still very rude, however when i have managed to see a Doctor i have had no issues, always been helpful. it appears the low ratings is based on front of house staff.

The staff there go out of their way to help. I've been with them 47 years. I had my elderly mum of 92yrs living with me. Whenever she was ill they couldn't do enough. The doctor's use to pop in just to check on her. The receptionist would make sure she had her prescription's. Well done hazelmere.

Receptionist can’t do enough for you , very polite and helpful. Can usually get in to see a dr when needed . Don’t no why it’s got bad reviews I’ve never had much of a problem with them . Good practice.
