I cannot believe the difference it has made since meeting Dr Katie, I had my first meeting at the Spire in November and I was a little sceptical about going onto HRT and vitamins. But I can honestly say my life has transformed since I have done everything that Dr Katie suggested. She is such a good listener and really takes on board how you feel, you do not feel like it is just lip service she really has empathy and cares. Since my meeting in November I have lost a stone in weight, joined exercise classes 3 x times a week, eating less sugar and much cleaner food. My energy levels are back to normal, I am sleeping so much better, my mood has lifted so much I am not feeling down and low as I was pre my Dr Katie meetings. I feel so much in control of my life, I have more purpose and am back to my driven self. Back late last year I had lost my drive and confidence, so that held me back from engaging in things that I used to love like exercise, socialising and enjoying myself.
I cannot recommend Dr Katie enough at the Hampshire Hormone Clinic. We should not have to live our life feeling sad and low with no motivation to do the things we enjoy. I am very grateful for the all of the support and help I have received and Dr Katie is always there at the end of the phone or email.

I've suffered with perimenopausal symptoms for the last two years with some improvement after starting HRT, via my regular GP, with oestrogen patches and progesterone just over 18 months ago. However, I didn't feel I had my symptoms well controlled and they became worse again towards the end of last year; the overriding issue being crippling fatigue. I found Dr Katie via social media but she was also recommended by a friend.

Perimenopause has had a significant impact on me and the difference she has made has been incredible. Dr Katie is very thorough with patient assessment and clinical testing to help tailor your treatment plan appropriately with hormone therapy, supplements and lifestyle changes. I was struggling for quite some time before seeking help from my usual NHS Dr who informed me nothing was wrong. They told me that I was not peri menopausal. I couldn't understand how they could just ignore all my symptoms and decided not to let it rest. I am so pleased I paid the £150 and took a second opinion. I thought going private would cost a lot more money than it did. Dr Katie validated me entirely and treated my symptoms, not just my blood tests.
