I don’t mind waiting, I understand the waiting and long queues are inevitable but treat every customer with new eyes!
Yes dealing with the public can but stressful but with new customers that have waited patiently are politely and speak respectfully then you don’t expect bad attitude.
One lady in particular that seems to always be there. I have seen rolling eyes, tuts and abruptness to lots of people in the queue in-front of me. No need!!
Management, maybe this lady needs more holiday!!!

Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Recently moved to area so though I would use the pharmacy closest to doctors surgery I registered with. This was a mistake, first prescription was sent over by doctor very early doors, waited over half an hour to, then completely wrong name used when called (middle name) to be met with annoyance when I don’t immediately answer. Then told it could be sent to another pharmacy or I could pick it up three days later.
At the time I could easily do neither, so agreed for Friday and asked a family member to pick it up in my place as they were running errands that day.
That family member waited over an hour and received attitude when again the incorrect name was called.
Will be changing back and travelling to my old pharmacy asap, as despite the travel time, they were polite and efficient. I can not stress enough to everyone: choose a different pharmacy.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, I'm grateful we have free healthcare in this country. NHS staff do a brilliant job under very difficult conditions.

I'm always mindful that our amazing NHS is under increasing pressure, resulting from poor decisions by successive Tory governments over the last decade. The Tories want to dismantle the NHS and make 'loadsa money' from charging us all for healthcare, which is literal 'blood money' in case you're unsure what is at stake here. So if you voted Tory (or didn't vote at all), you only have yourselves to blame for NHS performance.

Stop complaining and start supporting the NHS and it's amazing staff! And no I don't work for the NHS before you ask.

Awful customer service. I booked my son's flu spray for 9.10, waited half an hour past this time only for the staff to collect someone whose appointment time was later than ours. When we are finally called in the assistant showed me that she had not seen my child's name as it was on the corner of the sheet - perhaps read the list properly to ensure equality of service?!! Then I find out that they can't even offer what they said they could as they don't have the child flu spray. This is unacceptably poor customer service. I was offered a meaningless apology with no meaningful action for being treated poorly and making a 2 year old wait more than 30 minutes past their appointment time. This is an appalling way to treat people, especially a young child who naturally finds waiting hard. I understand there is a pressure on the service, but you should still treat people with respect and kindness.

Such a poor service wait me in the morning then said it would be ready in the afternoon but still waited more then an hour time to change the pharmacy

Don't know why the older lady behind the counter keeps me sat there waiting for my prescription every time. My prescription was sat there for 5 mins!!why she kept me waiting is a mystery.not very happy her job? Her attitude was not very professional or polite.wont be using no more. Sad

Always friendly, queues are sometimes a bit of an issue but it is to be expected
