From my very first visit, I was made to feel welcome and have experienced nothing but care and kindness throughout.
On the day of my operation, I met so many members of staff, all of whom made me feel relaxed and happy to be there. The physio team have all been very helpful and cheerful too.
All in all, I think the Hampshire Clinic is a delightful place and I wish to thank everyone who helped make my time there so pleasant.

From my first appointment to discuss my case through to leaving post-surgery, everything has been excellent. At all times I was treated so well, and everyone has been helpful and kind. I knew exactly what to expect on the day of surgery. From arrival to when I left on the day of my surgery, the care shown especially by Julie my nurse was exceptional. She was kind, empathetic, caring and a real credit to the team. She answered my questions, she made me feel at ease and I left feeling confident I knew everything I needed to know re post-surgery care. Mr Elliott (Consultant) and Mr Lipner (Anesthetist) were exceptionally kind and thorough, and their expertise in their field was clear and again I had no questions after having spoken with them both. From Mr Elliott's secretary, to the receptionist, to the catering team, to the lady who escorted me to my room, the theatre staff and the Physiotherapist ... every person I met was so kind, caring and helpful. An outstanding experience so far, and I am so grateful for the care, compassion, and expertise I have received.

UPDATE - 2wks after my initial operation, I went back to have my bandages and stitches removed and was greeted by a lovely Nurse called Anna, she was so kind as I was quite anxious about what was under the bandages. She took her time and checked I was ok regularly, she talked through what she was doing and I appreciated that and actually my foot looked really good. I met with the lovely Mr Elliott again who was happy with how everything was looking and Anna re-dressed my foot for me and took her time to explain how to use the TAS splint. Again another wonderful experience at The Hampshire Clinic, reception as always were so kind and Anna was exemplary.

From the moment I walked into the hospital the morning of my day surgery, the staff were very friendly, approachable and caring. My nurse Kerry made sure I was comfortable, checked in regularly and made me feel at ease about everything during my day case. To be honest every member of staff I spoke with during the day was lovely. Very pleased with the care I received.

What an amazing team! I was nervous about having a colonoscopy and they put me at ease. Reception were fantastic as were all the nurses who were so chatty smiley and friendly. The whole process was quick and efficient and I felt very well looked after throughout. Well done to all the team!

I had a wonderful experience at The Hampshire Clinic for a hip replacement operation. The staff were very friendly, caring and supportive. Exemplary customer service! The food was delicious. The facilities are like a 5 star hotel. I was only there for one night but I was treated like a princess. I thoroughly recommend this clinic to anyone needing an operation, either privately or through the NHS.

I thought all services provided by Hampshire Clinic were excellent-from the admission process to my discharge after surgery. The staff, including the physio, tea ladies and nurses were warm, helpful and supportive and it was a pleasure to be in such a clean, spacious environment. A special mention for Mr Avis and his (hand surgery) theatre team, who really helped my experience to be a little less stressful - their sense of humour and reassurance made all the difference.

Everyone I encountered during my stay/surgery was lovely. Everyone introduced themselves and explained their role and what they would be doing clearly. My nurse was exceptional, she got me everything I needed to ensure I was comfortable. I was clearly nervous when going into theatre but everyone reassured me and was kind and caring. I was told the findings/ results of the surgery immediately after & was also sent an email write up of it immediately too. My doctor was informative and kind and when I opted out of one part of my treatment/ surgery, she didn’t question it or make me feel uncomfortable. She allowed me to make my decision and respected it (which I have not found to be the case in the past/ with the NHS) So I truly appreciated this. I was sent home with all the right information & I had a check in call the next day. The room was spacious & comfy too. Highly recommend!
