Urgent baby referral rejected AFTER 2 weeks. I do understand the NHS is busy at the best of times. I have been chasing multiple times for 3 days now for an update on when they will respond to the rejection. I am simply told it has been 'redflagged' the GP will look at it when he can. What is the point of an urgent referral if it is to be dealt with when you can. They have now shut for 'staff training' but they will come back with no further knowledge or skills. My 6 year old could do a better job and provide a better service to service users. Some of the individuals are completely shameless and have no sense of duty.

Incompetent, rude and quite passive aggressive receptionist staff. I have the same issues every time I call or attend the surgery to be honest. I realise NHS constraints and busy schedules, but I feel like there should be a polite way to speak to customers regardless of that.

Found their tone and behaviour quite passive-aggressive. Asking simple things like confirming “should I go up the stairs and wait now”, I shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m stupid. Especially since I don’t come to the surgery that often. Took ages to find my name on the system despite being a registered patient and having an appointment.

Nurse was friendly and did her job, but front line staff made it an awkward experience. Was given the third degree. Just being honest!! Could be improved with just a little politeness. Just a bit.

I am a new patient to this surgery and had my 1st telephone consultation with them on Friday for a review of my medication. The service I received was friendly yet very professional. The Dr went through everything with me and was very thorough and took his time to explain everything and offer different options. I felt I was listened to and not at all rushed. Fantastic 1st experience with them, very happy.

For face to face appointments, you have to phone, but telephone lines are very busy.

If you want a same day face to face appointment, you are best coming into the surgery at 8am to book an appointment.

Online appointment booking service for telephone consultations, there are no available sessions for the next 2 weeks.

Online repeat prescription service, allow 2 working days for an electronic prescription to be sent to a pharmacy or printed for collection.

For new prescriptions, a doctor's appointment is usually required.

Allow 5 working days for dispensaries to order and dispense your medication.

Removed me from system without informing me despite being on multiple repeat prescriptions which I now cannot get. Had to register with a new GP which are struggling to access my records since Grange Park removed me and am now without extremely important medication.

I am a pharmacist at Nottingham in Community. I have called this morning and i was 8th on the line. After 38 minutes my number came, bell was ringing and it went 4 times, no one has picked up the phone and given me message to call back again. This is not acceptable shall/will we all call the surgery and hold for that long or work in the NHS to support other patients or work to earn some money so we can pay the food and heating to our family

I've had to recently move surgery from grange park to mounts medical and I must say that grange park surgery is far more professional and empathetic to patients than mounts medical! I wish I was still able to be registered with grange park surgery because my experience with the mounts medical centre has been extremely traumatic and stressful. I really miss this surgery.
