Had an appointment today with the First Contact Physio. He was very thorough and patient, explaining everything clearly and actively listening to me.
The receptionist was also very welcoming, polite and friendly, and very helpful. All in all a very positive experience, except for the awful weather ( not the surgery's fault!)

This has happened a few times now. Im only allowed a weeks worth of prescriptions at a time, yet my doctor seems to be signing off a months worth! This is not the issue, but when collecting my repeat prescriptions the chemist is telling me that the doctor has only signed of one weeks worth. So when I’m requesting a weeks worth my doctor is telling the chemist I have a months worth when they’ve only signed off one week, leaving me with delays of getting essential tablets for days- sometimes
One week without them!! Appalling really, you’d think they know what they’re doing.

Awful, phoned as I got referred from 111 to phone the GP, I phoned and they laughed in my ear and said “haha I don’t know what you want me to do with that information” !!

This surgery is one of the best I’ve been to. I find it smart, organised and friendly. The doctors here are thorough and listen kindly and carefully. The walk in clinic is a real help for patients who need to see a doctor and the phone callback system is quick and reliable. A breath of fresh air. Thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with this surgery! The reception staff are great, always friendly and eager to help. The doctors and nurses are top-notch and always go the extra mile to make sure my concerns are addressed. And when there’s an issue, they do a wonderful job of sorting it quickly. Sometimes I wait longer than I’d like on hold when calling but that’s a larger NHS funding issue. So pleased that we registered here, superb care for myself and my family.

Dr Ezobi yet again went above and beyond today. On two occasions I've been at the surgery where they have been running behind but she has taken the time to really listen, investigate and do her best to help and get the issue sorted. Yes, there was a long wait but im just grateful to be listened to and treated with care and respect to get it sorted. A fantastic doctor that makes a difference!

Exceptional surgery, almost all GP’s are good but Dr Lashbrook especially always goes above and beyond and seems a brilliant GP surgeon. Reception staff are also always helpful.
