A really good clinic for your health needs. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Their phone appointment system can be a bit unreliable so I ended up with a walk in appointment, and thankfully there wasn't a long queue. For parking, you can just park at Sainsbury and take a short walk.

Lovely helpful and very informative and thorough staff. Asked lots of very important questions that a doctor would normally miss- felt very at ease. Gave me much confidence in their abilities to listen and look after the client. Wish normal GP practices would do this- wish this place was still a walk in clinic. Thankyou once again for your help today

I called the clinic two weeks running and on both occasions the call was answered quickly and I had a call back from a clinician within 30 minutes, the second time offering me an appointment within an hour. As always the treatment I received was efficient, friendly and respectful. The staff are fantastic, despite their less than ideal working conditions. And finally - hooray - the phone system is updated and working well. Many thanks to you all.

0 * We are very dissatisfied! no attention to a pregnant woman! we said that there is a possibility that we will go home to our country, and the midwife did not let us have any tests, they did not examine me in the simplest way even if you want an early scan go privately with money they told us .. nothing we can do told us .. very disappointing , a shame.. ?

My mum had a diabetes eye test today. There was a family mid communication which meant she didn’t have an appointment today but the nurse Sarah Philips fitted my mum in and was very supportive in helping my mum with dementia through all the tests

Outstanding customer care. Came for a jab on 01/11/22. Fainted, but the team were so incredibly helpful, supportive, attentive (3 members of staff). Checked I was okay, gave me biscuits, checked on me twice afterwards. Also, a massive thank you to the receptionist who went above and beyond to help me with my query, and the 2 staff members who specially assisted me afterwards. Genuinely blown away by how amazing all the staff were. Thank you everybody, I really appreciated all of your help

I called up nervous and a little bit anxious as you can imagine, however when speaking to the lady at reception I was disappointed with how rude and un-empathetic she was, making me feel stupid for calling and un welcome. So for this reason I’m glad I will not be receiving any service from this establishment, and would be even more nervous to phone them again. I understand they are busy, however it doesn’t take much to be a friendly voice on the end of the phone, especially when regarding these matters.

Strongly felt I should leave a review after reading some of the other reviews. I agree the reception could be friendlier? But appreciate the pressure staff are currently under, but the actual care, advice and treatment I received was superb, the nurse Jayne and her HCA are a real credit to the NHS and I would not hesitate to use & recommend Riverside again.
