Bluebird care are a wonderful company to work for. They really care about their staff as much as their customers, their training is impeccable and there is always someone available to give support. If you are looking for a rewarding job, then being a carer would definitely fit the bill.

Excellent Company to work for. I started with Bluebird Care 3 years ago and I have enjoyed everything about it. The management are amazing at what they do , they cover every aspect of care in every way. They look after their staff by being sympathetic and understanding. Of course customer care is paramount. The company is based on there own personal circumstances and everyday they strive to give the best care to all. Love this Company I can't thank them enough for looking after me when I needed support and for giving me lots of opportunity's to learn more about care. They really look after there customers and make sure they have all their needs met. Brilliant Company

I have worked with Bluebird Care for nearly 5 years today and I feel that I still loved doing my job in caring with Bluebird care. This is the first caring company I am working with and actually its the longer company I ever work Before . For this long journey of my job, I feels that I have learn so much, and always door and many opportunities to learn more. I’ve been working for bluebird care now for 6months and I have never working in care before and it was the best career change I have made and the best company to work for. Everyone is so friendly, supportive. You get great training and even more learning opportunities. I would highly recommend working for Bluebird such a great team of people.

I have worked with Bluebird for a little while now and honestly cant express how much of an amazing company they are. I was given super high quality training and instantly felt like a part of the family. All of the staff have an amazing knowledge and passion for their jobs and deliver expert care to their customers. Mums been having bluebird care for a few months lovely staff Michelle especially she's kind and gentle and always makes mum feel at ease . Only criticism is no consistency be nice to have maybe 3 regulars
