St Mary's Surgery

Excellent surgery with friendly doctors and receptionists. I had a severe chest infection and they managed to get me in for an appointment straightaway and onto antibiotics asap! I’m so glad I moved from Cameley doctors to Timsbury. I’ve received nothing but A star treatment from this surgery. Thank you for your hard work! :)

Lovely staff who will always try to fit you in for an appointment

I have been using this surgery for 7years and they have always been fantastic. My kids always get an appointment very quickly and I never have to wait more than a few days for an appointment. This is miles better than other surgeries where people have to wait weeks. I have always had fantastic care and would highly rate the GPs.

Great surgery, really felt listened to, helpful, friendly and understood by receptionists and doctors. Only lost a star as there is a new older receptionist in there who has ignored me several times and couldn’t smile if she tried, makes me feel uncomfortable and she is a misery

This surgery has always given my family and me excellent service. The doctors have spotted when my child was on the verge of being seriously ill, and acted quickly to provide us with admission to RUH children's ward. They have never taken a chance on my child's health. They are fastidious antibiotic guardians, only giving antibiotics when needed. Our prescriptions are always provided with efficiency, and the reception staff are great. The phlebotomist is very efficient, and the nurse is quick and efficient at performing a cervical smear and immunisations.

wrote to doctor Snook asking to give me information on the side effects of the Covid, she said she was unable to answer my questions, those questions included if it stopped transmission, if it stopped infection, if it had any side effects and if anyone had died from taking it, she refused to answer these questions

Amazing surgery, the doctors and staff have been wonderful, we never have to wait long for an appointment and any queries the reception staff are always happy to help.
